the tour was somewhat disjointed. The itinerary was not spelled out accurately from the start which made for misunderstanding at the end. Diego our guide did a good job. He very much tried to make our experience better. the first winery at RJ Videos with Vanina was outstanding. She was knowledgeable personable and friendly. The experience there was great. The tour from there went downhill. the next winery with museum was not presented well nor was our guide seemingly not interested. The tasting room was nice but hot! Lunch was in a nice spot though again just missed. The time frame for all of this as said could have provided a better expectation for the whole experience.

One of the best explanations and visits that we had, a tip, the big cellars = status, wonderful buildings, plus the quality they have, family cellars = feel at home, welcomed, double attention. We had a tasting in the Cassone family that for me, competes with all the great quietly, Antigal is another that we got stupid with such quality of the wines, the service and the tasting. Now Don Manuel Villafane, it's the best lunch you'll ever have.

O motorista Ignácio foi muito gentil ! A visita a primeira bodega, Santa Júlia, foi fantástica! Tivemos uma aula de como identificar se o vinho está bom para consumo, como degustar corretamente. Na segunda , a La Rural, adoramos o museu e a apresentação da guia local. Finalizando, almoçamos no El Mercadito.

Mudaram o roteiro da viagem. Foi feito outro percurso só após reclamação se conseguiu ir a Borega Santa Júlia

Foi difícil a comunicação com a agência. No voucher não diz a hora de nos pegar. Eu tive que mandar várias mensagens até que 1 dia antes uma pessoa falou pelo watzap que iria nos pegar as 10.15 . Achei o horário muito tarde. Após chegar na 1a vinicula não foi a que estava no roteiro. Após o motorista entrar em contato com a agência após 40 minutos de espera se resolveu e fizemos o percurso correto. Mas as fotos que aparecem na propaganda não condiz com a realidade. Motorista muito simpático e prestativo. Resolveu com paciência o problema. Não voltaria a viajar com esta empresa que fez o serviço em Mendoza. O pacote custou mais de mil reais achei caro para o que foi realizado.
