Amazing day

The winery tour at Zorzal winery was simply amazing. The guide was fun, engaging and informative and so welcoming. The lunch at Ruda was delicious and the setting in the foothills of the Andes was not to be believed!!! We were warmly welcomed and this memory will always be cherished.

Francisco sempre muito atencioso e o motorista Diego muito educado. A vinícola Pulenta é simplesmente imperdível, a sommelier Victoria foi muito querida. Já no Ruda Cocina, a vista é maravilhosa e a comida... Incrível!!! Amamos! Foi um dia muito especial. Já queremos voltar!!!

Pésimo servicio. No cumplen con las condiciones establecidas. Nos cambiaron la bodega último momento. La tuvimos que buscar en forma particular. y el pago fue procesado en una moneda distinta a la pactada no asumiendo responsabilidad alguna.

Hola Betina , lamentamos tu critica ya que según lo hablado tu experiencia no fue para nada mala . Tu enojo es con Viator porque te cobraron el impuesto País que no tiene nada que ver con la experiencia. En tu critica dejas de lado la experiencia con el Chofer , la visita y degustación en Sophenia ( la cual no fue un cambio de último momento y se te aviso con tiempo , hasta te dijimos de cancelar y devolver la tarifa , lo que nos dijiste que estaba todo ok , por otro lado no la buscaste en forma particular ) tampoco estás evaluando tu almuerzo en Ruda Cocina . Lamentablemente tu critica que es hacia un cobro que deberías arreglar con Viator afecta a la experiencia en general en la que nosotros cumplimos . Nos parece injusta sinceramente.
