An excellent overall review of all the attractions in the Guatapé area. Orion (our guide) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He allowed us to stay just the right amount of time at each area without feeling rushed. I recommend the tour…but it does make for a long day. Added compliments to Orion for being fun, friendly, and keeping everything on track.

Very Nice tour, well organized. Alejandro was a very good guide. Guatapé is quite Lively although quite touristy. I encourage you to swim in the lake. Very refreshing, although this should be done after the climb of El Peñon. The lunch in a private home was excellent and a great choisi away from the crowd.

What a great tour! Our tour guide was incredible. He was bilingual so accommodated for those people who only spoke English and was great at speaking in both languages. We stopped to have a snack before we got to el Peñol which was lovely. Had lunch at a local’s home that was delicious and even explored a small island. Truly would recommend this tour to everyone. Great value as well!

Great itinerary BUT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE RIDE WITH INATTENTIVE HEALTH PROTOCOLS

This tour has a great itinerary... with some additional unique touches compared to other Guatape/Penol Rock tours... private home cooking (amazing!) and a nature hike with a swim. However, the van was jampacked so the 2.5 hour ride to and almost 3 hour ride back was extremely uncomfortable especially because my adult children are tall and had to sit in the back where there was hardly any legroom; and I had to sit in the front between the driver and the tour guide; and our tour guide was clearly sick sniffling and coughing the whole time and not wearing a mask. He was a good guide but he really should have masked up if he was catching something (though he seemed way beyond that stage) or the tour operator should not have let him work if he is sick.

Viator fixed and we got the BOSS.

I’m so happy Viator is a good company because our first booking to Guatape was cancelled minutes before start time and they set us up immediately with a personal driver, Dairo. We call him The Boss. He was BOSS🙌🙌🙌. It was a LONG day- 9am-8pm. But we all had a great time- from the big rock climb to a boat ride and then wandering the colorful streets. If your lucky you will get the Boss and enjoy metal to rock ballads to reggaeton during the car ride. The playlist will be made to continue the memories. 🎸

La excursión fue asombrosa. El guía Pablo fue espectacular de verdad que se la recomiendo a todos. La parada que hacen en la finca con los animales fue muy divertida y todos muy amigables. 100% recommended
