We were surprised that the tour started 45 minutes earlier than the start time. Fortunately we were in the area. They tour people say they called but I have no record of the call. No English spoken during the tour. The guide used phone to inform of information. Oh and no safety info shared ie life jacket locations. The first stop was not listed for 90 minutes. We found a bar and walked the beach. Not much to see but a swim area. The stop at black sands beach was a pause as we went by. Not impressed with this tour.
My dive mask that I brought with me broke prior to the dive so the guide loaned me another for $5.

The excursion should have start at 11.45
But when we went there nobody was there at 11.40 some body came and tell us that it start at 13.00’instead of 11.45 , via tor had it not good on the site they said , but also at every other site the time is 11.45 . It was probaly all about the money at 11..45 there were only 4 persons and at 13.00 9 persons more. We had to be back at time at the cruise so we canacelled , via tor was very helpful but kairi dream not ! You can not go on an other time with out telling us before, so book some were else en NOT kairi dream

It was a great time and the home made cocktail was great. Only problem I ran into was the booking time on viator says 1145am however the operators told me it was at 1pm so I came back later. It was great

Michael was an amazing guide - it was so special to be on a small boat and see the coast of Martinique. Highlights were touring the beaches and seeing a million tropical fish while snorkeling. This is a must do when you visit Martinique! We will be back :)

The tour operator didn't speak English and was giving information and scenic information only in French for an English-speaking audience. Also, didn't have enough snorkeling masks for everyone on board. Overall, felt disorganized.

We wish there would have been more information while traveling on the boat. We wish the captain or someone else spoke English. We left almost one-half hour late and arrived back a half-hour early. The snacks were great. The snorkel equipment was great.

Was a good experience with a few small issues. We were told we'd be picked up at 10am, so we waited for a van/bus to pick us up. Not knowing they had a business stand at port we had to go to. Also after figuring that out, as a group of 6 (which was to be 8) we were told to go sit at dock near boat. When we arrived to snorkel, we were then informed we were to rent the snorkels back at the business stand for $5. yet no mention before we left dock. Thankfully they had 1 extra snorkel for 2 of us who didnt have snorkels, which meant my girl and I had to share while in the water. There also wasnt any flippers which I found odd, stronger currents are hard to swim without them. We struggled to get back to boat after floating a distance from boat while looking for the sea turtles, where the flippers would of come in handy. The crew were nice and friendly and we did have a good experience, they just need to have better communication and organization. I'd do again under better circumstances.

Do not waste your money. Tour operator changed the time and did not respond when we asked for confirmation. Nasty little boat for too many people. Captain could have cared less about the guests and provided no help to folks getting back up the tiny ladder after swimming . He was too busy flirting with two young women and showing off his “dance moves”. No turtles. Blasting party music probably scared them off! Rum punch was awful and had to ask for it( not offered). Observed him drinking alcohol while operating the boat. Got us back 30 minutes after we’d requested. Luckily just missed getting left behind by our ship. Find another tour!!!! Would have given no stars if that was an option.

I usually don’t take the time to write a review but I feel like I have to warn people. Where do I even begin…
Communication was non-existent. Everyone showed up at 11:45 like the ticket said and were told the tour had been moved to two hours later. Thanks for the heads up! We were reassured that we would be back by a certain time as people had evening plans but we were back much later than that. A few guests almost missed their cruise ship departure.
You start off in a small boat with about 12 people but quickly join up with 3 other boats making the number of people you’re snorkeling with 60+
We saw one poor turtle trying to escape the throngs of tourists chasing it. We saw several people from our group standing with sandals on top of the reef and damaging all the corals. Our crew said nothing. In fact…
The crew including the captain were drunk when they picked us up and continued to drink during the experience. They accidentally ran over a fishing cage and severed the rope that was holding it causing it to get tangled in the boat engine. They were all fairly intoxicated by the time we got back and people couldn’t wait to get off the ship onto solid land.
At the end of the tour before we headed back late they blasted some obnoxious music in the small peaceful cove. We were all given some rum punch that was poured from a dirty bottle that had clearly been re-used for months without ever being cleaned in between.
Needless to say- don’t do it!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. The communication wasn't bad, it was non-existent!!! I tried for 2 days to get a response. Nothing. Viator is amazing and came to my aid. They got in touch, finally, and got me answers. They canceled my tour but didn't tell me. Ugh!

We unfortunately did not have a very good experience with this tour. We were supposed to meet at the tour location at 11:45 AM and we had scheduled a taxi to take us to the start location. Unfortunately, probably due to the language barrier, the taxi showed up at 11:30 AM instead of 11:00 AM like he was supposed to. This made us arrive 10 minutes late.
We tried calling Kairidreams' phone number over and over again to let them know we'd be a little late, but no one ever answered. They were completely unresponsive and didn't bother waiting even 10-15 minutes for us. Their communications via email before and after the tour were hard to understand and written in with poor grammar. I would not recommend this tour.

The turtles were amazing and the snokeling was great. The tour company never contacted us to let us know the time for the tour had changed from 8:30 to 11:30, even though I reached out to them four times by text the day before and called them twice. The language barrier was so difficult that we stopped a kind French speaking local who found out where to meet them and what time. We spent 3 hours waiting for them to arrive.
