Overall a wonderful experience. The dolphins were absolutely magical, and the swims were to die for. The captain of the boat was so friendly and incredibly helpful — he even helped us when we got lost and picked us up. Truly above and beyond!

- boat met us just 3 minutes walking from our cruise ship

Dolphins were great, but captain volunteered little information.
The snorkel spot did not have many fish and the refreshments were disappointing.

Regarding the fish, their presence can vary depending on natural conditions—especially after the previous day's rain 🌧️. That's the magic (and sometimes the unpredictability) of nature.
As for refreshments, most of our passengers were very happy 😊. We offer a variety of drinks: juice cocktails, cocktails with alcohol, and other refreshments, within the limits of what we can carry on board. We always do our best to satisfy everyone!

I found out a couple of hours after I booked that I would not be able to make the tour because my cruise ship would arrived to late to make it.
I pleaded for a refund but was refused because I was just under the 24 hour window. They could have been more tolerant but they choose not to.
So I lost my $140. Not too happy.

We booked the afternoon before the Tripp. The chat support was great. We chose a meeting point that was not that far away and found it easily. Greg, the Captain found spots with some dolphins. We were happy to see them from close distance.
After that we drove to a batcave, which was full of bats.
The stopp for snorkeling & getting some juice and Snacks wasn't good. To loud 🎵. I had to explain to Greg, that on the German side snorkeling equipment was included. He found one mask that smells like car gasoline...without a snorkel and swimming fins...no good! That I didn't saw any turtles there was no problem.

the boat was good (pretty big, clean and in good shape). The Captain did a good job to drive the boat. We also saw dolphins and bats. We were just 7 persons on the boat.
Negativ for me was:
If we were 12 to 14 people in the boat, it would be no joy! Except of "Bonjour" and saying his name (after I asked him) he didn't explained anything...
If I would do this Tripp again? Would, but please with a Captain who explains something about Martinique, the Dolphins, the bats,...like it is described in the programme...

The English of our tour guide was limited and the communication around start time was lacking (half hour late to our start point as we were actually the second pickup point, not the first), but even with that, this was an amazing trip. The scenery along the coast of Martinique is gorgeous, we saw dozens of dolphins, swimming in a pod together (they were all around the boat), had a great swim in a snorkeling spot, saw a loaded bat cave, and had good snacks on the water. The ride was super fun and very enjoyable.

Je ne recommande pas. À ce jour je ne connais pas le nom du capitaine du bateau car il ne s’est jamais présenté. Aucune ambiance sur le bateau. Nous devions poser des questions pour avoir de l’information sinon il ne donnait pas d’info. Nous n’avons pas vu de dauphins (dû à la présence de globicéphales….). Le capitaine ne semblait pas aimé son travail.
