Posso dire di essere soddisfatta del tour. Come scritto nella descrizione, tutto è stato rispettato. Una bellissima esperienza che ci ha permesso di visitare posti incredibili del Marocco!! Mohamed, nostro referente del tour, è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato quando necessario. L'unico inconveniente in cui ci siamo imbattuti è stato il campo nel deserto della seconda notte: dopo essere stati prelevati da un secondo autista ed il giro al tramonto nel deserto sui dromedari, siamo stati lasciati in un campo a caso e non quello previsto dal tour. Dopo aver fatto presente ai vari responsabili dei Bivacchi (come li chiamano loro) che non era il Camp corretto ed aver cambiato 3 Camp, abbiamo contattato Mohamed ed abbiamo risolto la situazione. Diciamo che nell'oscurità del deserto e lo staff dei bivacchi (qualcuno anche molto svogliato di aiutarti) che non parlava molto bene la lingua inglese, è stato molto complicato riuscire a risolvere il tutto. Abbiamo compreso che li i driver ti scaricano in un punto e poi ti lasciano salire sui dromedari senza sapere però poi in quale camp ti lasceranno. Questo problema poi si ripercuote anche sui bagagli: non potendo portare con te il bagaglio sul dromedario, viene lasciato ad una macchina che, carica tutti insieme i bagagli dei turisti e poi li lascia di camp in camp fino a che non arriva (se nessuno lo prende per errore come successo a nostri compagni di avventura) a dove alloggerai per la notte. Fortunatamente, prima del tour mi ero fatta dare il nome – con conferma via mail – del camp, per risolvere prima la situazione, CONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE a tutti coloro che sceglieranno questo tour di chiedere esplicitamente i nomi degli hotel/camp dove alloggeranno. Tralasciando una corsa notturna nel deserto con una jeep per arrivare al Camp giusto, tutto il resto è andato come doveva andare. Sono esperienze che aiutano a comprendere come prepararsi al meglio per il prossimo viaggio 😉
