Excellent service from Mr Khalid, very smooth and pleasant airport transfer. Mr Khalid greeted us at arrival with a sign with our name, bottles of water, shared wifi with us in the car and even prepared a map for us to find our way to our riad in the pedestrian section of the medina. The driver who was to pick us up at the airport in Marakech was holding a sign that did NOT have our name on it. Instead his sign said “Riad G___” (We don’t remember exactly what the wrong name was). It took an hour to link up for the ride to our hotel.

The driver was excellent. However he wasn’t there to greet us, we got a video telling us where to meet him via WhatsApp - this caused lots of confusion as it was the wrong video. It got sorted but it was an inconvenience. Surprised that there wasn’t a bottle of water provided in the car, always had this with other transfers.

Booked transfer from the airport to the hotel. Excellent service. The driver was waiting even before we arrived. It took a while for our luggage to come through but he waited patiently, messaging us to let us know that he was waiting and for us not to worry.

They we proactive in their communications. They were on time to pick us up at the airport. They were waiting with a sign once we completed customs. They drove my family safely to our AirBnB. All in all, a great service at a great price!

My experience...This company failed to respond or pick up, Viator denied refund until credit card threat with receipts. Unprofessional handling. Also automated responses when contacting them, not good if your waiting at airport.
