Tour of two halves

Was a tour of two halves. The good: Communication prior to tour was great, our driver Saif was friendly and knowledgable. The quad biking was fantastic, much better than expected. The hammam therapists were good. The bad: The tour started nearly and hour earlier than advertised (was a real rush getting from a previous tour) When we got to the Hammam it was chronically understaffed. We waited an hour in a cold reception (no staff to speak to whatsoever) By the time we had the Hammam experienced we were annoyed and stressed about missing a dinner renovation we had Total tour time was 6h30 rather than 5h as described at time of booking. In conclusion, great guide/driver, quads were fab, maybe we just caught the Hammam on a bad day. Shame as the delay did mar the whole experience for us

Seleccionamos la actividad a las 16:00h. A las 15:00h quedamos con el chófer que muy puntual nos llevó a la actividad de quad. Tuvimos la suerte de estar solos mi pareja y yo con el guía por lo que se hizo muy ameno el paseo. Hicimos dos paradas, una para fotografías y otra para descansar tomando un té con pastas en un lugar muy agradable. Además el guía no solo nos hizo las fotografías en la parada prevista, sino que nos hizo un vídeo conduciendo los quad. Después, el mismo chófer nos recogió en torno a las 17:30h y nos llevó al hammam. Sobre las 18:00h iniciamos el tratamiento con el vapor, el jabón negro y la exfoliación durante aprox. 45minutos. Después nos ofrecieron un té con pastas y agua mientras esperábamos al masaje (es de cuerpo completo: pies, piernas, espalda y cuello, brasoz, cabeza...), que vino después y duró aprox. otros 45 minutos. A la salida el chofer nos estaba esperando y nos devolvió al mismo punto en el que nos había recogido (la puerta de entrada a la medina más cercana a nuestro riad porque no era posible el acceso con vehículo). En definitiva, buena experiencia y muy bien organizada. Recomendable.
