If your accommodation is located in the Medina and is not accessible by vehicle, we will arrange pickup from the nearest accessible meeting point. Please provide your hotel or riad details at the time of booking. Your exact pickup time and driver information will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email the day before your experience. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup point 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
