As advertised but the staff at camp was above everything - the guys showed us a fabulous time and the whole experience was incredible! Note it’s a long drive from Marrakesh but if u have the time it’s a cool experience.

DO NOT BOOK THIS IF YOU WANT TO SEE THE DESERT!!! Instead book this if you want to get completely ripped off, spend a day in a cramped car, camel ride along the side of the highway, spend a night with thirty other people in a camp just outside the city definitely NOT an oasis, watch the sunrise over a regular mountain definitely NOT sand dunes and then spend another day cramped back in the car driving back. I feel completely lied to and ripped off.

Really nice tour and a must do if you are staying in Marrakech. Our guide Jamal was very punctual, spoke good English and was very friendly. The camel ride was really fun and sleeping in a berber camp was a great experience but keep in mind that Zagora desert is not the same as the Sahara desert, you won't see any golden sand dunes, though there will be some sand too. The car was really comfortable too. Highly recommended. Note: you have to take your stuff with you during the camel ride the driver will not meet you at the camp, so it's better to have a backpack than a trolley I had a trolley so I had to leave my luggage on the car and just take my wallet and my camera with me to the camp

The Overnight in the desert was an unforgettable experience for us. We travelled with Authentic Sahara Tours and our guide Ibrahim was extremely polite, professional punctual but enough friendly to make the most of this trip. He was very patient answering all the questions and giving us enough time to stretch our legs every time that we needed. He was doing the extra mile telling us about the culture of the country. He never pushed any shopping situation and gave us always the best advices to enjoy every moment of the excursion. The overnight was with Caravan du Sud and the Berber guides made the party in the camp and the camel ride a very comfortable moment, these gentlemen sorted all our needs. The food is very cheap and tasty, the staff of restaurants was always pleased to serve us. In our way back we could visit Ait Ben Haddou, Heritage of Unesco and the guide contracted from this company gave us a great experience. I would like to clarify that all of them were speaking English perfectly as well as French and Arabic, even some of them could express themselves in Spanish. The company is very keen with the quality and actually is offering a superb service with honestly and lovely temper. Of course we will repeat ASAP but choosing a longer trip.

This tour was amazing. The drive consisted of many amazing sites where we stopped to walk around and eat (7hr drive) .we were greeted by camels and rode 40 mins to the camp site. The workers at the camp site were AMAZING ppl, there was dinner/breakfast/shower/toilets in the desert! Our driver wasgr8
