Had a lovely day. The guys that took us up to the waterfall was really good. He was very helpful. The only downfall I could say is there was an elderly gentleman on the trip and he couldn’t manage to get to the waterfalls this needs pointing out to people when booking.

A little confusion at first, but more than made up for it. Great excursion, with amazing photo opportunities, wish we were fit enough to spend longer and go further up the mountain. Driver and guide were exceptional! I will be returning!

We booked the trip the day before with pickup from our riad. During the night (1 o'clock) we were sent two numbers to which we should report at 8 o'clock. Unfortunately, we could not reach either number, nor the tour operator. Messages went unanswered. We were not picked up and had to organize the trip elsewhere.

Médiocre, pour le prix je m'attendais à mieux. La prochaine fois je prendrai le moins cher et je pourrai choisir moi-même le restaurant. Car vous ne payez qu'uniquement le transport pour visiter la vallée de l'Ourika !

Bonjour Michael, Votre commentaire reflète votre mauvaise foi! Vous avez réservé pour 2 personnes sur le site alors que vous étiez 3; 2 adultes avec enfant. Je tiens à signaler aux personnes qui lisent notre réponse! que vous avez beau négocier pour ne pas payer pour la 3e personne mais ce n’était pas possible! Honnêtement, on aurait du le signaler à Viator, ne pas vous embarquer et vous rembourser vos 2 sous. Mais on a pas voulu vous gâcher le trip et le séjour ! Évidemment à ce prix les repas ne sont pas inclus et on vous l’a bel et bien mentionné dans le briefing que vous aviez reçu la veille de votre voyage, que vous avez le droit de choisir n’importe quel restaurant, car le chauffeur a tendance à vous emmener à un resto tous ensemble pour ne pas se perdre. Nos prix sont parmi les plus bas sur le marché pour rappel! En tout cas votre commentaire ne nous affecte pas et on garde toujours la discussion pour toute fin utile. Cordialement, Afaf

Nous avons adoré l’expérience, de la prise en charge des taxis en passant par l’escalade de la vallée à la nourriture et à la rencontre du peuple berbère, c’était (sportif) et incroyable !! Je terminerai par l’humain : du chauffeur de taxi très avenant, au guide passionné et très gentil aux habitants qui nous donnent envie d’en découvrir davantage sur cette culture, mention spéciale pour le monsieur qui nous a fait visiter l’ancienne maison berbère avec la mamie qui nous a fait du très bon thé, des sourires qu’on n’oubliera jamais, merci pour cette expérience ! Enfin, merci Afaf pour votre disponibilité et votre attention !

Sur la route avant l’arrivée un petit arrêt auquel on peux apprendre beaucoup de chose sur l’huile d’argan j’ai trouvé sa fantastique. La monté dans les montagnes c’était magnifique jusqu’au sommet j’étais très impressionné en voyant les rivières trop beau. Je recommande l’ourika et l’équipe étais super sympa. Merci beaucoup pour cette expérience je recommande fortement.
