Pickup begins approximately 1 hour before the 9:00 AM departure time; the exact pickup time may vary depending on your accommodation’s location and traffic conditions. Please be ready outside your hotel or riad entrance 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time and keep your WhatsApp available for final pickup details. Travelers staying outside the central Marrakech pickup area may be asked to meet at Hôtel Islane, near Koutoubia Mosque and Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, or may require an additional transfer fee.
