Very interesting tour

I recently booked the Atlas Mountains and Ourika Valley waterfall tour through Click Excursions, and it was easily the highlight of my time in Marrakech. The Ourika Valley is breathtaking. Sitting by the river for a break was so peaceful, and the hike to the waterfalls provided some of the best views. The communication was excellent. They kept me updated on pickup times, and the vehicle was easy to spot with their clear branding. Everything felt authentic and well-paced. We never felt rushed, and the guide made sure everyone in the group was comfortable during the trek. If you are looking for a professional, friendly, and truly beautiful escape from the hustle of the city, I recommend this company.

Great family day out

We loved this experience. Family of 4 with 2 boys aged 14 and 11. From pick up to drop off we loved the whole thing. The trek was just the right distance and effort for us. The food by the river was another unique experience. Our travel assistant Oussama was superb for the whole day. Highly recommended.

Really informative Argan Oil Cooperative. Highly recommend trainers for the hike up to the Waterfall. Take a rucksack, with a towel if you plan to paddle or swim and water too. Lunch was delicious.

Loved the waterfall!

Nice. Loved the waterfall. A long hike up the mountain to get to the waterfall. A side note: you do have to be moderately fit for this hike and not for the feint hearted. Steep slopes and no proper steps. Guide was good. Food was not included but we went a lovely restaurant by the river. Reasonable price. A good family outing. Kids are 13 and 15. Not suitable for very young kids. Whole thing took about 6-7 hours. Including the journeys.

It was an excellent excursion. My kids enjoyed thoroughly especially the lunch over the water. A very food guide who kept us engaged throughout. Hiking was fun, saw monkeys in tress which was entertaining for kids. Food was delicious, cheap n there was music A well.

Place is beautiful, the experience itself was a disaster

The description doesn’t match what the experience was, very disappointing. The 1st stop was the “souk” it was basically a slaughter house. You saw live chickens & dead animals…not a good way to start the trip. The actual hike was great with a local guide. Lunch was a disaster, took an hour for the guide to find the group a table. Where he sat us is nothing like the pictures. Food took forever, people came & went & we were served after 90 mins. Not worth the booking, do a private tour on your own. Would have given zero stars if that was an option.

Poor experience

Did not have a good experience with the tour operator clickexcursions. We confirmed our pick up location multiple times (including 2 weeks prior as well as a day before), yet on the morning of the tour, the guide calls us insisting we are too far and have to get to the pick up point (20 minutes from our hotel) or they will refund. We were able to find a car to take us and made it to the pick up but it was really stressful to be put in that situation 30 minutes before the tour start time. The entire itinerary was just confusing as they decided to stop at random spots before we reached the hiking trail. We had also booked an English-speaking guide but got someone who admitted to not speaking much English and we had to struggle to figure out directions. Just an overall poorly organized and unprofessional experience.

It’s a beautiful experience. We were picked up from our hotel on the dot, given the itenary of the day by our friendly guide. The driver was very cautious and mindful of passengers. Excellent timing and great help with trekking up the Atlas. We had plenty of time for photos, relaxed lunch by the river, market and pottery workshop stops. Ameen our guide was friendly, informative, spoke very good English and French, polite and always smiling. Click excursions did a great job.

Fantastic day from start to finish. Was picked up from the hotel on time and then went on to just 2 more pick ups. Nice minibus, safe driver. Commentary was in French and then English. Started off with a stop at a womens cooperative where they make argon oil etc. Brief tour which was very interesting and they were not pushy trying to make you purchase anything. Next stop was The Ourika Valley which is just so beautiful and the climb to Setti~Fatima waterfall was stunning. Some parts of the climb are a little bit challenging and some of the group didn’t make it but there are areas to sit on the way up for coffees, drinks and food so they sat there and they rejoined the rest of us on the way back down. We had an hour free time in Ourika Valley for lunch and there are lots of beautiful, colourful and bright ones to choose from. Stopped off at a Berbers house on the way back to Marrakech which was very interesting. Definitely recommend this trip

Very nice tour ! Pick-up on time, brand new bus, great driver and guide ! I would highly recommend that tour. Make sure that you have good shoes because the rocks that you need to climb to get to the waterfallls can be slippery.

Our driver Samer and guide Saber were excellent. Saber was amazing and very knowledgeable as he shared a lot of facts on the drive there and knew a lot about the area and the community. Even though we had no guide, he offered to take us around the area and explain things to us. He was very understanding and kept stopping so that we could have a rest. But be warned, the hike is very difficult and is more like bouldering than an actual hike but we enjoyed it anyways because Saber was very good at helping us climb to the top of the mountain. Saber deserves 10/10.

None, the description should have said a total of 3 hours of rock climbing and extreme hiking, then getting ditched a half hour from your hotel because the driver didn't want to drop you off and claimed our hotel was in old city and it absolutely was not!!! So walking in extreme heat 30 mins after a long day of extreme rock climbing was not enjoyable at all and getting ditched !! Not recommended at all

Very enjoyable trip. Good communication prior to pickup and picked up direct from our hotel. Interesting stops to find out how pottery is made, the famous mint tea is brewed and also a natural pharmacy. Despite most of the group speaking French our tour guide ensured we were fully informed in English which was great. Really lovely guide and driver. Final stop was plenty of time for lunch and a trip to the waterfall. Trip to the waterfall is proper hiking though so not suitable if wearing sandals.

Waterfalls are not to be missed

Lovely day exploring the Berber villages and learning about their customs. This was probably the highlight of my trip in Marrakech. You have to pay a little extra to hike up to the Setti Fatima waterfall (roughly 40 dirhams) per person, but it’s totally worth it! The waterfall is not to be missed. Our guide Walid was great. Overall, highly recommend!
