Our tickets to Essaouira were NOT accepted at Supratours station. We had to purchase new tickets inside the station in order to travel. This was a waste of money purchasing them on Viator. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund of these tickets if they are not refunded by you.

We did send you the real e-tickets on the chat area with all the instructions and also more tips for travel in morocco, tickets were PDF you had to print them out or can be shown from your smartphone, if you checked the chat area you'll find a message with attached files

Bus tickets arrived by email from the operator in plenty of time. There was an additional small unexpected baggage charge but that was fine. The Viator website seems very good. We would use it again.

Booking on the Viator site appeared easy. I thought I had bought a return ticket but it subsequently turned out that it was a single, although the price was more than double the price of a single directly from the tour operator. The situation was made worse when I discovered there wasn’t a return available! It’s also cheaper to buy a guided private tour than to book using Viator. Don’t go near them!

Die Kommunikation und das Ticketing haben gut funktioniert, der Bus war klimatisiert und ist pünktlich losgefahren. Allerdings wird je Gepäckstück noch eine zusätzliche Gebühr verlangt.

Le transport en bus s’est très bien passé. Bus climatisé, chauffeur prudent, tout était très bien. Je vous conseille de prendre vos billets sur place au guichet plutôt que sur le site viator. La commission de Viator est de plus du double du prix ! Billet à 76 dhs soit 7,6€ alors que j’ai payé plus de 16€ via le site, scandaleux.
