Located in the royal Kasbah quartier. Our bicycle shop can be reached by any means of transport as petit/grand Taxi or on foot. You can come with a Vehicle through Bab Agnaou or by foot from Bab Laksiba. Either ways, we are on the left side of the street 100 meters away from Cafe Clock.

Nala was our guide and she was fantastic . What a wonderful young lady . Full of local knowledge and knew her way around the city . 6 of us were in the group , just right size . We Stopped at a local mosaic tile shop just to observe the craftsmanship and at a coffee shop for refreshments . Riding around the old and the new city was perfect . We had a great tour this morning with Nana. She was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about Marrakech.
Cycling on the roads takes a bit of getting used to as the traffic is very different to the UK but we felt confident and able following Nana.
Great way to see the old town and new town, we had a great morning 🙂

Even though I was the only one to show up for my time slot due to the heat, the tour went ahead. My tour guide Hanan was very attentive, checking to make sure I was not falling behind, and got me more water when I ran out! This was an incredible experience.

Not for the faint of heart. A great way to see the city but we nearly crashed multiple times in the crowded Medina and once in the new town when an Audi rammed into my rear tire. Our guide was excellent and made the experience enjoyable

So. much. fun! We did this cycling tour on our first full day, and it was a great way to get a feel for the city (and better navigate it on foot for the rest of our trip!). It wasn't a super difficult ride, although there definitely were some tight turns in the crowded medina! There was one guide at the front and one at the back and we rode single file, so there were no concerns about getting separated from the group. The tea/juice break in the middle of the ride was amazing--picturesque location with the perfect amount of time to relax and recharge before the last half of the excursion. As long as you have basic biking skills, I'd definitely recommend.

It was an amazing way to see Marrakech both the old and new areas. Our guides were amazing making stops to discuss the buildings and sites, as well as visiting a couple of artisans. The best was riding in the buy Medina and Souks with the donkeys, Tok Toks and people!

We had a really wonderful time on this cycling tour. There was only me and my son on the tour so we felt like we could ask as many questions as we wanted and had a personalised experience. Our guide was wonderful. We felt like we saw parts of Marrakech that we never would without the tour. Cycling the roads and alleyways was a lot easier than I thought and has made me more confident walking around Marrakech. Our highlight was visiting the mosaic artisan who made us personalised mosaic tiles. We stopped for mint tea in a beautiful cafe on the way (included) and our guide got us water (also included) which was much needed as we did get hot. Cycling was very easy though as everywhere we went was flat. The bikes were good quality and well maintained. We were provided with helmets. Would highly recommended.

Both tour guides were pleasant and friendly. I found it hard to hear what the guide was saying at times, he could have spoken up slightly more. Overall, it was a good experience and it’s a good way to see Marrakesh since they don’t have a tour bus.

I think you'd be better off with a traditional cultural tour. Thankfully I had that the following day. I don't say the bike tour's bad. It's okay. But it felt like we were riding through everything. Bike 20k or something but learn nothing about the city.
Also note that you have to be comfortable biking through traffic and have some experience, as I guess it would be rather scary for those who're not as familiar

As you just said it was 20km/2h 30 min ride in the city which means you have covered a lot of parts of Marrakech. The bike tour is meant to give you a good idea about the city and the difference between its modern and new part as well as an idea of where everything is located. I agree that you cannot learn everything about a city and its culture in only one cycling tour.
Also, we agree that to cycle in marrakech you have to be a confident cyclists. Great tour. Our guide was informative, personal and friendly. We loved being shown around and seeing all the little things we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. We were asked what we would like to see more/less of, shown the new and old parts of the city and told lots of interesting things along the way! Stopping for bread at a local bakery was an added bonus.

We had booked a bike tour in Marrakech through Viator at Green Wheels. Booking in advance and payment via Viator went well. However, they were called before the bike tour that the tour would not start at 9.30 am but at 10.00 am. After a messy arrival several people arrived but it was not clear where we belonged.
