Never went; driver made no effort to find us

The tour operator made no effort to find us. We were at the meeting point early and talked to tourists and tour operators for an hour trying to find our trip. One guy connected us with our guide on Whatsapp. He tried to get us to move to another day but we had other bookings. Then he said he would send a taxi. I sent a photo of us He still couldn't find us. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

From the time of booking to Hafed picking us up at hotel, driving to site, camel ride, sunset, dinner and final show this was an amazing experience. Hafed was the best host for the trip and let us explore place at our pace and had an excellent experience.

Very bad experience compare to the rest of our group that book the same exact experience on this same app. Be aware there is more than one compagnie that offer that tour and they are really not the same experience. We got the poor, cheap one. We didn't end up at the same location as the rest of our group. Our location was poorly build with a very bad 20min camel experience. The camel guide took picture of of with our phone to end up with my daughter head half cut in the picture or the head of the camel not in it. The diner was a buffet type with one choice and no beverages, tea or pastries like it the description. 20min later was a short fire show. Thats it No nice place to site like the pictures in the review. Be aware that you can end up to a place that is totally not what you paid for.

very touristy spot,expect lots of vans ,beautiful surroundings, camels looked a bit rough we had another tour with camels with longer ropes and less coverage over their mouths,also had very little time for breaks between groups of people riding them.dinner was really good best tajine and also setting with fire music and amazing company.it was the guide’s first month working so it was a bit chaotic but really loving and cheerful also beautiful fire show and view of sunset and night sky amazing.transportation was good but music was really loud on our way back when everyone was really sleepy.

Bonita experiencia y recomendable. El guia Youppi espectacular, muy simpático y animando al grupo con música desde que nos recogió. La cena estuvo bien ,también el paseo a camello y el espectáculo de luz.
