If you do not provide a location at least 6 hours before the excursion, you will be required to meet us at our meeting point, Islane Hotel, which is located directly in front of the Koutoubia Mosque. •Free pickup is available from hotels and Airbnbs in Marrakech, or from the closest accessible point near your riad. •If you are staying in the Medina (riad), please meet your driver at the designated meeting point: (Hotel Islane). •Your guide will contact you via WhatsApp on the morning of the tour to confirm your exact pickup time and location. •Please be ready at the meeting point (Hotel Islane) at least 5 minutes before departure Show your booking voucher to the driver upon pickup. •Drop-off will be at the same location. •Note A transfer fee applies if your accommodation is more than 12 km from Hotel Islane An additional fee must be paid.
