We went on the 1st of June . Me and my family, we were impressed by the professionalism and customer service. We had an amazing experience , driving quads on a rocky terrain with quite some speed. Quads are extremely easy to use in my opinion , with automatic transmission there is little to do apart from speeding up and slowing down where required. Your guide will take photos for you .

We loved this trip. It was one of the most fun things we did in Morocco! We went with friends from our tour group we were on as an extra excursion while staying in Marrakech. The driver was on time and picked us up at our hotel in a very clean and well-maintained car. Once we got there, we were fitted for gear and briefed on safety, and then did a few test rides to make sure everyone was comfortable with controls and turning etc., then it was off with our guide to start riding! We saw so many landscapes from desert, to mountain vista, to lakes, to small towns. It was so much fun and we even saw camels along the way. The others in our group that didn't go with us missed out on an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a little adventure right outside of Marrakech!

Our quad experience was fantastic. We got picked up from our Riad and it was just the 2 of us. We were driven to the desert and had a private 2 hour tour, it was amazing. We stopped for tea and had a backdrop of the Atlas mountains. Our guide took us through villages, desert tracks and parts of the area we would never see by car.
The quad is easy to drive and it was one of the best trips we did during our stay. Thank you all.

This was one amazing ride!! We got picked up from the hotel and driven an hour away to meeting point, where we were instructed on how to use the bikes and then off we went. We had 2 bikes for 2 adults and our son who is 8 was sitting behind us. Through the desert, small villages and even a bit of the highway! The stop was amazing views where we had some tea and drove off again. Definitely a highlight of our tour and highly recommend!!

We have done quad biking in other countries but this was the best.
It's arid, bumpy and hilly, which, presents more of a challenge with the bikes which makes it more fun, we didnt see much mountains it was more of a desert trip.
Pick up and drop off was perfect, organised really well. Great way to see the desert but no mountains, not like the advert picture, but still a great couple of hrs out the hotel.
Highly recommend.

We hadn’t ridden a quad before and were both a little nervous, but it was super easy and the awesome guide helped us when we, well I, got a little stuck on a hill. No drama though. Amazing experience. We were picked up promptly from our hotel as a family of 4 and shared the journey with two others. Despite being peek time there was only 6 of us on the tour which allowed for my two sons to feel supported when they found some aspects of the terrain difficult. The guide was able to give them the opportunity to enjoy the whole experience within their comfort levels. It was challenging and times but in a good way. It was exhilarating and there was so much to see.The views throughout were amazing. From the dessert to the Atlas Mountains backdrop. The stops were great photo opportunities and our guide aimed to please by taking photos for us. The guide went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience for everyone.

The trails and routes had incredible views all the time, stopping anywhere on them routes you would be met with amazing views of the dessert. Staff was all super friendly and ensured you was safe and had a brilliant time. Tea was amazing too. Having a friend visit Morocco in a month 110% will have him book with this company. Quads where in great condition & in fully working order. Trails where a mixture of some fast pace & also some technical stuff. 10/10

Despite our excitement, unforeseen circumstances led to the cancellation of our trip Unfortunately, despite our efforts to explain the situation, Viator wouldn't accommodate our request for a refund or our preference of rescheduling due to their strict policies which are clearly stated in their T&Cs. While we reluctantly accepted this, a bit of understanding and flexibility would have made a more positive impact on our experience with the customer relations team.
Despite the setback of losing £115.00, it's worth noting that our previous experiences with Viator had been delightful. Their user-friendly website made booking easy, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the two trips we had taken before. Despite this recent hiccup, I would use the company again in the future. Just be aware of the T&Cs !!

From our side, the local supplier, we got in touch with you a week before the tour, we confirmed the pick up time and place. On the day of the tour, exactly 30 minutes before the pick up, you sent us a message saying that you are canceling the tour and apologized for the short notice. Still our driver was at your hotel at the confirmed pick up time. You apologized again and wouldn't do the tour without asking us to reschedule the tour. We really do not know what to say as your review doesn't seem fair to us in any way possible.

The quad bikes were well maintained, the ride was challenging but not too difficult. We started slow and then built up speed and difficulty along the route. We travelled for a good hour or so across the desert and covered a large distance away from the base, then we stopped at the camp for some delicious local tea. We then took the scenic route back home. The hosts spoke excellent English and ensured we were doing well throughout the whole process. It was well noticed that the leader kept looking back to check on us, whilst also maintaining good pace. When we arrived back our host sprayed us down with the compressed air to remove all the dust and sand. This was a small gesture but greatly appreciated. Overall the experience was very memorable and you certainly get what you pay for.

It was a wonderful trip! The pick up and drop off are easy and convenient! The quad guides are excellent! Autumn and Abdul are friendly and professional. They kept us safe in the entire trip. When we across a road, one of them was in the middle of the road to stop traffic. Highly recommend the tour.

Absolutely incredible experience riding the quad bikes on the desert landscape, with a small tea break in between. Very well organised and great equipment - especially when we saw some other quad bike groups around on another day who had older looking bikes and not very good helmets or no goggles. Highly recommend

Picked up on time and straight to pick up Quads under an hour from Marrakesh
Quickly given bikes safety gear and we were away !
Some exciting tracks over the rocky dunes and through flooded areas
Guide was brilliant looked after us when required but you just got on with driving
Great views of Atlas Mountains and the lake with a half way stop with some camels, mint tea they even had a swimming pool !

- very attentive guide
- we were a couple together with another group of 3 guys with a bit more experience and we went on the quad at the same time as them but we had a guide only for us two, that allowed us to go at our own pace which was very nice.
- the guys of the tea dancing were really cool
- landscape was amazing
Great day ! No extra charges for picking us up in a hotel a bit more far away from the city of Marrakesh which was also great.
Overall we highly recommend this experience with this company.
