We had a fantastic and fun day out on this tour. We were picked up bang on time at our hotel as agreed, even though it wasn't one of the named pickup points. Pablo is very knowledgeable and clear when it comes to communicating pickup points at each destination. We arrived back from one location a little earlier than planned, and he went above and beyond to take us to another destination with great views overlooking Palma. He took photos along the way for us too. Highly recommend this tour.

I could not find the tour guide so he left. Never went on trip. Booked again for today through get your guide and same guide said his driver was in a car accident my trip was cancelled! I’m extremely disappointed.in the whole process. First they say you can get picked up from your hotel then pick up location is changed. I did confirm new pick up site but could not het there in time. Even some locals I asked were confused as to where the address was located.

Dear guest, we are sorry you missed the tour. Your hotel is in a pedestrian-only zone where cars cannot enter. We sent GPS coordinates 5 times and spoke with your hotel 20 times. Our driver and 6 other guests waited 15 minutes, but had to start the tour. We issued a full refund via Viator support. We wish you travel safer next time.

Pablo was a fantastic host, picked us up very close to the cruise port and spent close to 7 hours giving us the tour of inner Mallorca. Great sites, good pictures, comfortable passenger van. Valdemossa,Soller port were beautiful and Soller was walkable with cute streets. We enjoyed taking the tram from the port into town. Pablo was a good conversationalist spending time detailing the history of Mallorca. Would pick Pablo again!

I really enjoyed this tour. Pablo was a great guide and host. He was helpful, offered good communication, was a pleasure to be around and I felt safe and cared for. The group was lovely and the day ran super smoothly. We had a good amount of free time to look around independently but not too much! We had clear instructions for our meeting points and timing. He even kept the forecasted rain away. All in all it was a well designed day and a pleasurable experience.

Great communication from Pablo our driver who agreed to collect us from our hotel.
The transport was comfortable and Panlo was very thoughtful and charming helping us in & out of the vehicle. Fantastic itinerary and a fun way to see the real Majorca. We travelled first to stunning Valdemossa where we had an hour to explore, we then went to Port de Soller where we had plenty of time for food & drink overlooking the beautiful beach. We hopped on the wooden tram to the town of Soller. Pablo then took us to a lovely spot to watch the sunset whilst drinking sangria ( provided by him) we finished the day off at a vantage point overlooking Palma by night.
A truly incredible day which we really enjoyed. Thank you Pablo

Wonderful day exploring northern villages near the mountains including port of Sóller and Valdemossa. The private tour made for a very intimate experience.

First I booked then received a message from Pablo he was in hospital and having to cancel i called viator they told me that they was another tour available when I got the message it was again Pablo but the what app message was from syzom it was very unclear he kept saying check your pin.
He told me he was meet at cruise point .
When I came out of cruise point I asked the tai and they did not know where then I asked when a girl from Port she said you have a 36 minute walk out of this along the wall. I have asthma.
I called back the tour guide told he we are on our way. In previous contact we explain had to be mild to moderate activity. They said no problem. I was on the phone with him whilst walking we were told this was a 6 max party. Tour was booked for 10am. He said me a message he has to leave by 9:40 as he has a bus with a 100 people??? We arrived at 9:49 and he left us i asked for a refund as certain things were involved he was very arrogant and rude. I wanted to cancel the remaining 5 tour with viator.
I called viator they said sorry nothing we can do.
I believe they should at least remimburse me 50 to 75% as we did not attend or go do any of the activities

We're sorry your day didn't work out, but several statements in your review are incorrect:
* You confirmed the meeting point and time the day before via WhatsApp and VIATOR
* The required 8-10 minute walk from the ship to the port gate (standard in Palma) was clearly explained in advance and is stated in the tour description.
* We never operate or mentioned a "100-person bus" - our tours are private, maximum 6 guests.
* I waited at the correct spot well past the scheduled time (timestamped photos available).
Unfortunately you never arrived at the designated meeting point outside the port gate.

We really enjoyed our trip, which was enhanced by our guide, Pablo, who was very knowledgable, entertaining and considerate to the limited mobility of our party members. Such a lovely guy. Would recommend him/ Viator 100%.

An excellent small scale tour for those looking to escape the crowds. The guide, Simon, was very personable and knowledgeable. The timing of the tour in the late afternoon/evening meant that the places we went weren’t full and there was sufficient time allocated for each stop. Anyone who selects this tour has made a great choice.

Simon was an amazing host on this trip, very knowledgeable and even provided refreshments which was especially a lovely touch for our final stop when we got to see the amazing sunset.
It was just me and my partner on this trip, which gave for a much more intimate experience.
We both found this trip to be an amazing experience, 5/5 from the both of us and would highly recommend

I had an amazing experience on this tour! The small, private group size made it feel so personal and exclusive. We enjoyed cold water throughout the entire trip, keeping us refreshed. This excursion was amazing, beautiful views and covered a lot of west of the island and our tour guide Szymon was honestly excellent.
As they were only 2 of us he even picked us up from our hotel which was in another town. We had the best time and we had so many laughs with him.
