Poor experience- don’t book if you aren’t familiar with the island

Booked as an excursion while cruising. Provided the operator my address and viator messaged multiple times. Didn’t receive a response until late in the evening before arriving with no confirmation of whether or not we would be picked up as advertised. Instead the operator sent a map of the departure point with no specific instructions. This was a 9:30 excursion, in the message from the operator about 12 hours before the excursion we were told we need to be there at 8:45am. The port was 7 miles away but 1 hour by taxi because of limited availability. Vendor did not answer the morning of the tour, didn’t answer our calls or calls/emails from Viator. Appeared to be a great excursion but very poor experience.

Hi Chris, I am very sorry to hear that you were unable to enjoy the tour you booked. To make sure that all customers know where we are we send at the end of the day the exact location manually one by one to make it easier for you to find us, you told us that you were located 60 km from the yacht club, as you can see before booking and in the voucher you saw confirmation the pick up distance is 6 km around the port, we always make an exception in case it is something more but obviously we can not go to pick up all over the island. I personally offered you to come at another time or on another day so that you would not lose your reservation, but I did not receive a reply. In perfect weather, explore caves at full throttle and have fun! Changed riders on the tour - everything was no problem. So everyone got their money's worth. But even if you're in the back and you're just a passenger yourself. It's so fucking cool!

Gestión de reserva.. atención de los monitores... la experiencia en sí.... todo de todo muy bien. Pillamos el mar picado y con olas... aunque era un poco difícil controlar la moto todo fue muy bien y divertido. Muy recomendable..
