Even though weather was very windy and we could only do half the tour, Miguel was wonderful! We are hoping to receive 50% of our money back since we only we able to do 1/2 the tour.

Zero communication about a cancelled boat ride meant I was stood at the dock waiting for people who weren’t coming. I had to call Viator, who gave me a direct number to call in order to find out what was going on. I was leaving the next morning so no hope of rebooking and had to request a refund.
Luckily my hotel was not far from the meeting point but if it had been further and I’d paid for taxis etc to get there I would be less disappointed and more angry.
This company MUST contact people about cancelled excursions - it’s not acceptable in this day and age not to, especially when all contact info was given to when booking.

We arrived a couple of hours early & was able to get on an earlier trip, I have to say, I’ve done a few speedboat trips in various locations but this one was the best value for money

It was a cool tour, I just wished that at every stop the skipper would tell us where we were or what we were seeing. We just stopped, took pics and went to the next place.

This was a great trip! Very fun! We were only 6 on the boat which made it better - i dont like many people together. The music was a vibe and we got to stand up! Good adrenalin rush! Would definitely recommend. Maybe not for kids or elderly

Top trip! Very nice guide. Everything clean and well maintained. Responds to requests of guests. With snorkel/swimming stop and enough time for photos. The only point I note is only one drink per person free. But if you know that, it's no problem. There is enough space to store e.g. backpacks
