Organic olive oil and art in a picturesque setting

What a fascinating tour. This location is a very modern olive oil tasting location - a combination of art and nature - an organic farm. Our tour consisted of both English and Spanish speakers, so our guide gave the tour in both languages. She was quite knowledgeable about the olive oil growing, harvesting and processing as well as the artistic elements on the property. After touring the grounds and the facility, including the museum on the 2nd floor, we had our tasting. We had a blind tasting of 2 oils and then were able to taste 3 oils with bread and vinegar. After, you could spend as much time as you wanted going back to the museum, shopping for oil or enjoying some wine and snacks and enjoy the view from the patio. A wonderful way to spend the morning.

Beautiful grounds - Mediocre tour

The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed walking around to see all the views but it was disappointing that there was no production going on and we didn't get to see most of the equipment that was below where we were sitting. Also, I didn't get why the "museum" part downstairs was so dark. It made it really hard to walk around since it was almost too dark to see where you were going ad the darkness did not add anything to the ambiance of the museum.

Amazing building. Great to taste different oils and have them explained. Guide could have been louder and clearer in his instructions. Whilst tasting oils there were some loud groups eating which made it difficult to hear.

We had a remarkable day looking at and studying everything Olives, the set up is fantastic and the grounds are stunning along with the futuristic building . We stayed for the food after and it although simple it was simply delicious. We have came away a little wiser about what Oil we buy when we are next in the supermarket shop Highly recommend this trip to anyone

This tour was better than we expected. The property is beautiful with great views. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. We learned alit about the various processes that can be used and how they affect the quality. The tasting of the extra virgin oils of varying intensity was eye opening. A great tour.

A very comprehensive tour and tasting experience at an excellent facility! Be prepared for a lot of walking but it was well worth it. The oils and vinegar are top notch. If in the area, a must!

This was a top notch experience! The farm was wonderful, the staff were super friendly and so considerate, the lunch was superb and the olive oil was sublime. Will be even better when the new visitors center opens up later in 2023. We will definitely be back.

It’s a beautiful place. Interesting tour. The olive oil tasting was very good. But I wish it would have been only in one language. The tour was bilingual, English and Spanish. I find that we don’t get all the information when it has to be translated. By the time we get the English version, we’ve already passed the area that was describes. Often too late for questions. Disappointing.

Interesting tour knowing about the olive oil journey to plate. The tour around the farm and gardens was very enjoyable. The olive oil tasting session was good with the warm bread. Organic Oleotourism is must when you are in the Heartland of Olive production

This was the perfect tour of a beautiful organic farm. My family learned so much. The tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions. We have been in Spain for a week and my kids insist this was their favorite activity so far. The olive oil tasting was the cherry on top of this already wonderful experience.

Tiempo de espera mínimo y con un emplazamiento para disfrutar incluso esperando. Ves un pequeño video explicando origen histórico del producto, como también origen y futuro del lugar. Visita guiada sobre las plantaciones y esculturas en ellas. Nos encantó la incorporación de las estructuras mimetizandose con el propio campo. Nos llamó la atención el tiempo de la guía dedicado a atender el teléfono y seguir con el tour, aunque no llego a ser un problema. Aconsejamos disfrutar tanto antes o después de la cata de su cafetería/restaurante con productos propios y locales. Atención muy buena y buena relación calidad/precio.
