Incredible quad biking in the Mijas hills

Definitely my best experience on Viator. Highly recommended. Gabriel was brilliant and very friendly. I booked the 2 hour tour. I will be back soon and book with the 3 hour experience or the buggy tour.

The tour itself was good, tour guide was great with good English, the quads are a bit worn a few clicks and clunks when you turn the steering. Be aware you require a drivers license, this should be clearly highlighted on the front page not hidden in a separate section, we missed this detail & paid for a quad each & disappointingly ended up having share.

First, the pickup was changed at the last minute, that is, the same morning without any prior notice; if we had not seen the email, we would have missed the excursion. Secondly, we requested a guide in French and were given a guide who spoke English and Spanish; he was foolish and arrogant towards us. He didn't even introduce himself and did not speak to us when we made stops; he spoke Spanish with another couple, which was very disappointing. The guide was very disappointing; I have rarely seen a guide as arrogant in all the excursions we have taken. Thirdly, he wanted us to drive fast where there were cliffs; we did not want to drive too fast because it was very dangerous. From experience, it was the first time we were told to drive fast on a quad. Driving fast on a quad on paths we do not know is not very safe. Finally, a very bad experience that I do not recommend to anyone.

As for the driving pace, at no point were you asked to drive dangerously or exceed any legal speed limits. Our tours are beginner-friendly guided excursions carried out at a safe and legal pace. The guide simply asked you to maintain a normal group rhythm, as driving excessively slowly in certain sections can also create uncomfortable or unsafe situations with the other vehicles and disrupt the overall flow of the tour. In fact, other participants became frustrated due to the repeated interruptions to the pace of the excursion. Finally, we are surprised by the comments made about our team. None of our guides behave in an arrogant or rude manner, and the thousands of positive reviews we have received over the years for our quad tours on the Costa del Sol reflect exactly the opposite.
