I booked and payed fr a Viator tour to peick me up at a hotel in the West bank of Luxor, and they never pitched. I was stuck on the westbank after they had agreed to collect me there at 1pm to travel to Dendara with no communication, no explanation. when I made an inquiry regarding what happened the tour operator indicated that the driver was stuck in traffic and I should wait a few minutes, I waited an hour and a half until I decided to cancel my trip as this was ridiculous and missed out on my experience to Dendarah. Nobody cared
