The staff were super nice and full of interesting information about the park, the animals, and the surrounding areas. We went during off season so it was pretty empty which was really good for us. The Trapiche presentation was really cool and the coffee and snacks were delicious. Lounging in the various hot pools was very relaxing. Food at lunch was delicious and alcoholic drinks were a good price. I wouldn't buy souvenirs here though, they're cheaper in town.
