Amazing experience! Fed so many animals so many carrots- but at least 2 bags of carrots, you will need them. Staff were all great!

Worth every penny. The full day experience. They treated us like gold. We'll organized. Our concierge Marc, was great. Helpful, polite and very informative. Shout out to the zip line crew, Jose Luis, and "Riding Bull" took such good care of our group. The lunch we had also exceeded expectations.

This whole adventure park trip was lit! We did the safari, hit the waterfall, zipped through the trees, then ended on horseback—every part was dope. The staff was cool and made everything smooth, even with the language barrier.
Didn’t need to know Spanish like that—they got you. And shoutout to the photographer too—mad affordable and had our pics ready before we even dipped. No stress, just good energy and even better memories. If you’re in Costa Rica, don’t sleep on this one!

A MUST DO! We had a AWESOME FUN FILLED DAY! Do NOT READ the reviews of anything but GREAT ONES! From the time we arrived at the park til the time we left and even the lunch was GREAT!

We were overcharged $100 compare with a prices at the gate. No refund. Bad company, wouldn't trust.
Also not using TripAdvisor again as they didn't help resolve the problem

We request a proof of the over charge to process the partial refund, because we have the oficial prices online. Please take note that sometimes they have last deal promotions on gate, maybe for that reason you find the difference on the price, but it is not ussual, because normally we dont have enough space for directly bookings on the same day of visit, book online means you will guaranted your space.
