The most amazing experience ever! The atmosphere was warm and friendly. The chef and assistant gave complete instructions and followed through in email with. They served us. Food was incredible and fresh. Fresh oregano, fresh basil etc.

This was such a great experience to do with my family! We got to spend time together learning something new. It was obvious our chef Marco loved answering our questions and sharing his experiences of cooking with us. He was so knowledgeable but was easily able to explain some of the complexities of cooking to us. We all loved learning new techniques for our cooking and bringing home new recipes. My grandparents told me later that this was the highlight of their trip!
