Our naturalist gave us an excellent bird watching experience. The day of our trip, it was pouring rain. The company accommodated our request to reschedule for the following day. They took us to see many wild birds. Ronald was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. This was the best excursion of our trip. I highly recommend this tour company and the specific bird watching tour.

This was our favorite activity in our trip to Costa Rica. Thanks Carlos for the wonderful tour! In a two hour walk around the observatory on the side of the Arenal volcano we were able to see 37 species of birds. Amazing! Not only were we able to see many birds but Carlos helped us to return with beautiful photos.

We had a great time birdwatching and walking around! Our guide Carlos gave us the option to go to a closer location to our hotel or a further one and we let him choose. We went to the closer location to get more time birdwatching. He was a pro at identifying birds, even when they were flying quickly or relatively far away. We ended up seeing 40 species of birds! He also guided us through a mini farm/forest walk area, and pointed out the non-bird wildlife, flora, and crops.

Our guide, Julio, was excellent. We saw so many creatures such as a tarantula, walking stick, many types of frogs including a poison dart frog, katydid, and cicada, we finished the evening with a delicious homemade snack. We had a great time.

Great tour! Very knowledgeable, friendly guides. If you tell them which birds you want to see they will show you them for 90 % and so much more! I highly recommend it.
