The entire expirence was amazing, Taka was a great teacher and guide throughout the kunai tool making.
This is a really cool activity that everyone should do. The host is passionate and you can see it in how he teaches the class. You can also throw shuriken at the end of the class.
Great experience and Sawan, Haya and Ayu were wonderful teachers! We are ninja ready. Definitely recommend
This is a great activity with expert forgers. Give yourself extra time to walk around the town, it’s really an awesome place in nature just 30 minutes from Kyoto. Wish we had come earlier to take the ropeway to the top of the mountain.

This was such a fun and unique experience. Like mixing shop class with Japanese culture. The experience is very thoughtfully curated the instructions are clear and easy to follow and there are people there to help if you have questions. It was fun watching them work with the forge!

AMAZING experiencie. You can not miss the opportunity to do this. At first I was a little hesitant as it is not near downtown but it was totally worth it and really easy to arrive.

Travelling to the host location is the first part of this wonderful experience from the single carriage train travelling between the houses to the destination station located amongst the hills is all very picturesque. The class was great and hearing how traditional weapons were made, though we had the luxury of modern tools to speed up the process. The hosts are very good at guiding you through the steps of discovery of ancient techniques of crafting.
Amazing experience!! Really can’t recommend this enough. Taka was such a charismatic and informative host, you can really feel his passion for history and blacksmithing!! 100/10!!

I highly recommend this experience. It is such an authentic experience to make a ninja weapon. The instructor is so nice, easy to talk to and incredibly welcoming. I think anyone would enjoy this class. I would 100% do it again if I had the chance.
It was a great experience! The kunai we made was really impressive and we are excited to take them home and show them off.
I loved making my Shuriken! It was a very interesting experience and learning also about the Kunai weapon. I would definitely do this tour again in the future with next time making a Kunai weapon as well!!
This was a really fun experience. We learned about the weapons and their purpose. We were able to do all of the techniques needed to make the weapons. It was very organized, and we highly recommend it.
