Comfortable shoes and clothes recommended. It could be a little bit colder in mountains than in Krakow. You will need towel and swimming suit. Flip flops recommended.

Nice little trip but not what I expected

Beware! if not choosing the baths option... it means you sit for 3 hours doing nothing at the resort while the other people go to the pools. I thought that it would a separate tour so the people going to the pools would go there, and others would go back to Krakow.. no... The guide Simon was lovely and did everything he could to make our tour great. He tried to get us back to avoid sitting around for 3 hours but it was not in his control. I loved the little village and the cheese and "vodka" tasting and Zapone was amazing.. shame it wasn't great weather when I was there but I loved it anyway.

Pawel was a great guide, very informative and answered any questions we had along the way. Loved the stops we made and it snowed! So beautiful! The Mountain View was spectacular although we thought we wouldn’t see it through the clouds but they cleared. The spa was amazing. Loved all of it thank you!

Lovely tour

It a well organised tour where we had time to see some of the best things in Zakopane. The smoked cheese was delicious, the views were amazing and the thermal baths were very relaxing.

A disappointing tour

Zakopane is just a crowdy village full of shops. Nothing more. A good view from the mountain is not worthy a long trip on a small bus. No information about Tatra mountains from the guide. 3h drive in silence. Relaxing the part of the hot baths but not for that price!

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. Zakopane is very beautiful place, one of the most visited tourist attraction in Poland. Annually more than 2,800,000 people from all around the world go there to see polish mountain's wilderness. Unfortunately, Zakopane is located over 112 kilometers from Kraków and during the season it usually takes a couple hours to get there. In the center of Zakopane - the Krupówki - there are plenty of stands and shops where you can get souvenirs, try local food and our polish delicacies or even buy full highlander folk costume. It is a part of tour that usually people likes the most as you can tell from looking at our other reviews. Our guides always tell guests about the place where they are or where they are going. They often encourage our guests to ask them questions if they are interested in something they might have missed. We always try to provide the best experience you can get for the lowest possible price. Reviews like this one direct us towards what we should improve. If you ever going to Kraków again, visit us again and maybe you would change your opinion. Best regards, Konrad
