I can highly recommend this private transfer? I booked this based on recommendations from previous users as I have MS and am an ambulatory wheelchair user. I originally contacted Piotr who informed me he would be on holiday during the dates we required the transfer but assigned me another driver Jakub who was absolutely amazing. I was apprehensive about visiting Auschwitz as had done some research and read it was not very accessible but it was something I wanted to do and Jakub made the experience stress free and was really helpful during the whole event. Communication was great and I received messages regarding time and place of pick up and gentle reminders leading up to the event. Jakub was efficient in picking us up from our hotel and the vehicle was spacious, comfortable and suitable for my mobility scooter. On arrival to Auschwitz, Jakub assisted us to the entrance and helped us with the tickets and explained where we needed to go and where to meet him after the tour. He was on hand during the break between Auschwitz I and Birkenau and assured we got on the shuttle bus ok using the accessible ramp, he was there to meet us after we had finished at Birkenau and dropped us back safely at our hotel. Thank you for making our trip to our Auschwitz possible and making what was an emotional day as easy as could be. I plan to revisit Krakow as it was so beautiful and will definitely use this company again. X

Our transfer was very good and the driver Piotr saved our day after our Auschwitz tour was moved to an earlier time that we could not make in time. He went above and beyond by organizing for us to still participate in the end of our tour and to get to see the other part of the tour by explaining the situation to the people at the office. Overall we would have had a terrible experience if we did not have Piotr to help us so we definitely recommend this transfer since the drive was comfortable and the driver was extremely helpful.
