There was some confusion on how to find the driver at door 13, but after some texts and calls we found the sign and person . We had to wait a few minutes and then we were escorted down a level to the van. The van was so large and nice just for two people. The driver loaded and unloaded our bags and drove safely.

The company never picked me up from the airport. They knew they couldn't pick me up because of a driver shortage, but never informed me. Would never recommend.

Dear, First of all, thank you for your feedback, but I have given you information about the subject. Due to adverse weather conditions, all flights were canceled on Saturday, June 15 and it was a very, very difficult night for us (There were approximately 2 hours of delayed on your flight anyway). Unfortunately, my team and I missed your call at 01:00 due to the busy schedule we were experiencing, and the reason for this was the stress and intensity we were experiencing due to canceled flights. As I said before, you are absolutely right about this and that is why the refund was given to you.

Recommended. Driver was on time for hotel pick up to the airport. Van was comfortable for 5 passengers and luggage. Driver was friendly. Much better than trying to rely on a taxi.

Kept me waiting for over an hour

Terrible experience. Received a call at the airport welcoming me and telling me where to go which was great but when I arrived I waited, and waited, and continue to wait. I kept being told to wait there as someone was coming but they never did. Only after 1 hour and 15 minutes did someone arrive. I was offered a free return trip as compensation but when I tried to organise this the communication stopped and only messaged me again an hour after I was supposed to depart.

Did not keep the promise to pick us up at the airport

I called the TripAdvisor on 3/11 morning (US west coast time) telling them that my flight (Turkish Airlines #TK10) would be delayed 4 hours, that meant the scheduled arrival time at Istanbul airport on 3/12 6:25pm would be delayed to 3/12 10:45pm. The TripAdvisor agent called the driver Ozgur, of Inter Tour Tasimacilic Turixm Tic. A. S. informing them of my new arrival time being 3/12 10:45pm, then the TripAdvisor agent responded me with the message being received by the driver. However, the driver, Ozgur, didn't come to the airport to pick us up at all. We were waiting outside of gate 13 of Istanbul Airport for almost an hour in the terribly chilly weather at the minnight. We didn't have a cell phone to call the driver. Finally, we took an taxi to the hotel. The driver did not keep the promise to pick us up. I want to get my money back.

As you mentioned, there was a heavy snowfall in Istanbul on Saturday, blocking the roads, and all flights were canceled or they were delayed. Despite this, both the driver that I arranged for your transfer and I waited for you at the airport for about 3 hours after the flight landed. I sent a message on Viator (you can see the message that I sent if you wish) and called you from the phone number you specified on Viator and sent you a message. When we couldn't hear from you, we had to leave the airport. I apologize very much for this sad and bad situation and the fee for your transfer will be refunded to you.
