Topkapi Palace is a must see!

Topkapi Palace and Harem was the number one place we wanted to visit in Istanbul, and we were not disappointed. Our guide Ergin was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, not only about the Palace but also imparted lots of Turkey’s history. Skip the line worked very well to get us inside without waiting, and once inside he used a route that allowed us to visit the various spaces without getting caught up in lines of people. We were able to enjoy the beauty without huge crowds. Elgin is very friendly, has a twinkle in his eye and has a great sense of humour. He went above and beyond, making this experience fantastic for us. Going in the early morning worked very well for us.
