Worst trip and guide

One of my worst tours ever with vaitor, delayed the tour for 2 hours, paid triple the price on viator and at the end they took us with a local group who paid quarter our price, the organizers were so chaotic and not organized or planned. They used an old bus which wasn’t comfortable at all.

The delay was caused by an unexpected technical issue with the original vehicle assigned to the tour. For safety reasons, we immediately arranged a replacement vehicle and dispatched another car as quickly as possible. All guests were informed about the situation , as guest safety and operational reliability are always our priority. Regarding the pricing difference, tours booked through international platforms such as Viator may appear more expensive due to platform commissions, taxes, customer service fees, and booking protections that are included in the final price. This does not reflect a difference in the actual tour experience itself. We would also like to clarify that this is a shared group tour, and combining guests from different booking channels is standard practice for this type of experience. While we understand that the delay affected your impression of the day, we do feel the circumstances were handled responsibly and transparently by our team under an unexpected technical situation. Terrible food and organization. Nice places to visit though.

Nice places to visit. Trip was very poorly organized. Took more than 2 hours to collect passengers. Food was absolutely terrible. They chose this shady place for lunch when there were so many good places. I guess they had a deal with the place that had terrible food and no choices. Better to just ask us to pay for our own food.

The guide was very friendly. We lost time during the trip on a visit to a place, where if we did not take the ATV or the zipline, we had nothing to do except sit for an hour and wait. We were supposed to pass by a mall at the end, but ended up being taken to the hotel and we did not pass to the mall.

Great Lake but few unnecessary things included

Over all it was a good trip but the duration was too long. Too many stops for unnecessary shopping due to collaboration of guides with the local shops. Masukiye had nothing much to offer other than a quick ATV ride which had not enough time and a poor zipline. Everything was behind schedule and the guide could not control people well. The Sapanca lake is an excellent place and it was given only 1 hour in a 14 hour trip over all. It was not enough for such a beautiful place. I guess more focus of guide was on commercial activity and attached benefits. The tour operator must look into this matter and instruct guides to focus on the tour itself. There was a zoo stop as well which was not mentioned in initial program and we had to pay for it as well on the spot.

Attention arnaque à touriste. Pas de promenade autour du lac ou quoi que ce soit. On arrive à 17h au lac et le point de vue n'est pas top. Par contre toute la journée activité en supplément, on reste dans différents magasins pour les commissions du guide. On fait du quad pour supplement, Ou vous irez à une vitesse de maximum 5km/h... Navrant

Visita ao "Asla Park" no zoológico de Darica e o contacto com o leão bebé foi uma experiência maravilhosa e jamais será esquecida. Também gostei imenso da atividade rapel no parque natural e por fim o deslumbramento do lago sapanca ao anoitecer.
