We have travelled to many countries over 50 years and have used the services of many guides. Sare was by far the best. She was well spoken, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, passionate about our tour, ensured we were comfortable in terms of pace, and had an excellent rapport with local people. Our highlight was a tour of a place that made silk rugs and tapestries. That was once in a lifetime experience where the owner showed how his spectacular works of art were made. She showed genuine interest in our life experiences and where we have lived. After the tour Sare made sure we found our way back to where we were staying. We cannot thank Sare enough.

We had a great time with Sare on this tour! Sare was very accommodating and kind, and provided us with so much interesting unknown facts about Istanbul and the Ottoman Empire. Cannot recommend this tour enough

Only reason I didn't rate this as a five is I kinda feel with these types of tours that murder, mayhem, and palace intrigue should be staples of the tour. I didn't feel like I got enough truly interesting stories

Sarra was prepared with fascinating history, jokes, and spooky stories that made this tour one that I will recommend to anyone who is looking to see another side of Istanbul. I don’t want to give too much away, but the ghost hunting tools and historical plot twists were a highlight of our visit!

Our guide was great, unfortunately I suffered from some bad food or something so I had to leave the tour early. I wish I could have finished it. I love hearing and learning about the darker side of places.

I totally loved this Ghost Tour.
I loved the mix of storytelling, great spots in Istanbul and excellent guide.
We had some very cool equipment to use, and it was a very spooky and satisfying evening. Do yourself a favour! See Istanbul by night!

The tour with Brent was an amazing time travel to Istanbul’s history. We got to notice and see places we otherwise would have missed. Even for people who are not too much into haunted tour, I would definitely recommend to book. I had a fantastic time.

This ghost tour in Istanbul was great. The stories were fascinating, but what really made it special was the depth of historical research behind each location. It was clear that extensive research into the secret corners of the city had been done, uncovering details and connections that brought each ghost story to life. The guide connected these tales to real events and figures from the city’s past, creating a rich and engaging picture of its history.
The tour was also interactive, with EMF meters and other ghost-hunting tools for guests to use, which made it even more fun. It is a great mix of history, mystery, and hands-on exploration, and I would recommend it.

Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. The tour was a great deal of fun loaded with dark and morbid history that other tours won't provide. The walk was amazing, leading us through areas of Istanbul we hadn't seen that were amazingly beautiful at night. It was a perfect ending to our vacation in what is now a favorite destination. We even had the opportunity to share a drink with the guide at the end and learn even more. Fun and joyful evening. Highly recommend!

Sadly no ghosts, but still some amazing insights into some of the darker history of Istanbul. Group was very friendly and if I had not been jet-lagged so much, would have gone out for beers after the tour. Highly recommend it!
