I enjoyed riding with this company - twice! They communicated well with me prior to both rides (from the airport to my hotel and from my hotel to the airport). Also, both drivers drove safely. They were on time and the vehicle was very clean and fancy (it had cool lights inside). I highly recommend this company!

We were asked to accommodate someone (assuming the coworker or acquaintance of either the driver /greeter) riding home. It put us in an awkward position to say no. That’s very unprofessional. The driver was nice and the ride was uneventful.

This driver was on the phone the entire time he was driving. At one point he had to slam on the brakes because he almost hit a truck stopped on the highway. Other than that instructions for meeting and timeliness were good.

Used this service from the airport to my hotel. Partway there, the driver insisted that I get out and walk with my luggage to the hotel saying taxis weren’t allowed — which was wrong. He even pointed me in the wrong direction with me walking the wrong way. I had to stop in a different hotel and ask for directions to get to my lodging all while dragging my luggage in the streets of Istanbul.
100% won’t recommend.

Thank you for your fewdback. Unfortunately some streets in old city closed for car entry. Some of them for some hours. Some of them totally closed.

Otherwise, the transfer from the airport was ok.

We had a great experience with the service. Upon making our booking we received a WhatsApp confirmation from the local company. The meeting instructions were crystal clear and our driver was waiting when we excited the terminal. During the long drive to our hotel our driver gave us a mini sightseeing tour. The van was private and in great condition. Our driver was friendly and professional and got us safely to our destination
