I enjoyed riding with this company - twice! They communicated well with me prior to both rides (from the airport to my hotel and from my hotel to the airport). Also, both drivers drove safely. They were on time and the vehicle was very clean and fancy (it had cool lights inside). I highly recommend this company!

It was chaotic at first, thank goodness the driver message me and gave me instructions on how to obtain a cab. Overall the driver was nice. The ride to the city center is about an hour.

I had a very disappointing experience with this transfer service. After I landed and contacted the company, I was directed to a waiting area and then left there without any clear communication about when my transfer would begin. I ultimately had to send a WhatsApp message to my original contact before someone came to escort me to the driver. The minivan itself was adequate, although it was older and the seats were noticeably worn. The most concerning part of the experience occurred at drop-off. The driver, who did not speak English, indicated that he could go no farther and told me via Google translate that my Airbnb was just around the corner. This was inaccurate, as I saw cars driving throughout the area. I was left to carry my luggage for approximately 20 minutes to reach the property on my own. Leaving a traveler who does not speak the language in an unfamiliar area without proper assistance was highly unprofessional and reflected a very poor standard of customer service.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend considering an alternative transportation option, such as Uber, if one is available.

Dear Sandy J Gomez, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we do not drive into small streets in old city. It is not being possible to exit. Your airbnb was in a terrible neighbourhood for driving and walking. So we deopped you to the corner which is 15 meters. You should check this kind of places before you book. Also we always been in touch with you by whatsapp from this number +13474238100 and contact every second. We are taking our guests one by one. So we drop the guest before you, then we pick you and meet with driver. We are doing thousands of airport transfers and you may see we dropped them to their hotel. If the street is not good, we drop to the corner which is 15 meters.

We were asked to accommodate someone (assuming the coworker or acquaintance of either the driver /greeter) riding home. It put us in an awkward position to say no. That’s very unprofessional. The driver was nice and the ride was uneventful.

This driver was on the phone the entire time he was driving. At one point he had to slam on the brakes because he almost hit a truck stopped on the highway. Other than that instructions for meeting and timeliness were good.

Used this service from the airport to my hotel. Partway there, the driver insisted that I get out and walk with my luggage to the hotel saying taxis weren’t allowed — which was wrong. He even pointed me in the wrong direction with me walking the wrong way. I had to stop in a different hotel and ask for directions to get to my lodging all while dragging my luggage in the streets of Istanbul.
100% won’t recommend.
