Hotel pick-up is scheduled between 08:15 and 09:00 No transfers are provided from hotels outside these locations, and there is no pick-up service from the Asian side of Istanbul.

My daughter and mom both enjoyed the trip. My mom needed extra time considering her age for planned activities. Our guide Medyan was very supportive and guided us through out.

Fun Day Trip from Istanbul

This has been a fun excursion, if you want to take a day off from the Old City and walking from mosque to mosque. When the tour says it starts at 8:30am pick up, it really doesn't - for me the first hour and half was about going around and picking up/consolidating people. There is a lot of sitting and waiting, and moving from one van to another. Once you get transferred to the right van, then the journey starts. Be prepared to get back to Istanbul around 10pm or later. The cable ride/ski lift at Uludag ski area was fun, got to compare it to other ski resorts - I am impressed by the number of lifts and skiable acres it offers - didn't know Turkey had any skiing before this. Also the peak seems to be above a sea of clouds (even though it's only 7,000+ feet), which feels different from many other ski areas. Green Mosque is the last stop before returning, so it's dark by then.

Not worth it

Definitely different from what is said as itinerary. It's focused on shopping. Lots of visits to partnering shops and activities (ARV, jams, Turkish Delight, clothes shopping) and only 2 actual Bursa visits - the mountain and the Mosque (on your own). Misleading and be careful also about the language. Mine was chosen English and got an Arabic tour.

Not the tour I signed up for

The day itself was fine but I was expecting, based on the tour details, this to include more history. Instead we spent nearly 3hrs of the day doing things we needed to pay extra for. AWD on a mountain.. cool but not really my thing and started at 2000 extra. Going to the top of Mt Olympos WAS cool in fairness despite the lining up and definitely the highlight of the trip. Snow mobile around the snow, literally cool, but starting at 3000 extra. If you like those types of things then it’s probably good value even with the extras but I wanted to learn about the Ottoman history. I can’t help but feel I’d have been better off staying in Istanbul and going to some museums.

A Scam Tour

This tour is a scam. I booked a tour that was listed as 3 hours in Bursa to explore the old town as well as 2 hours to explore the old town of Cumalikizik. It also included lunch in Uludag National Park. What we received was a visit to an ATV Park, Turkish Delight Factory (Shop), Jam Factory, a 600 old tree?, a ski lift stop (optional - but you couldn't do anything else whilst you waited 40 minutes, a minimal lunch at 3.30pm and then a visit to the green Mosque after dark for 45mins only - The Tomb was closed. Home by 10.30pm. I will try and get my money back. What is very disappointing is that I choose this tour to visit the UNESCO sites in the area and sadly only visited 1 and it is unknown, if ever, I will be back this way to look again.

The minibus chairs were so tight that my legs were cramped the whole time and had very bad aches, so triple ride for such a long trip. Water was leaking from the ceiling on us. Half of the tour was waste of time. The only good part was the cable cart ride. Also program was not clearly explained at the time of purchase, if we had known about the details of it, we would not have taken it.

I felt in trapped and exploited. Total focus was on taking us into numerous factories and commercial premises so they could get kickbacks. The cable car up the mountain was very nice but sight seeing didn’t commence until 3 pm. Didn’t get to eat till after 4 pm and didn’t return to hotel because of all the commercials stops until 11:45 pm despite there being young children on board and everybody being very very tired I was not dropped back to my hotel as per my written program and I felt very vulnerable alone on the city streets so late at night DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR

Totally disappointed

The duration of the tour was too long. We were picked up around 0830 (not the first pick up) and returned after 0030 next day. Spent 1 hour for ATV (with extra cost), it is totally not needed in this tour. Also spent 45 mins at Turkish delight shop, too long. We had lunch after 1600 and arrived at bursa around 2030. In Bursa, the guide took us to a shop, not offered any guiding of Green mosque at all, so disappointed, The guide arranged music on the bus and it was too loud, I asked him to volume down, but only a little bit and he didn't ask us/customers if the volume was comfortable. This is shopping tour, not sightseeing tour at all. We were totally unhappy and won't recommend this tour to anyone.

Hot and tired.

Long drive to Bursa. The small bus had very weak air conditioner. We were hot inside the bus. It took 5 hours on the way. Traffic was bad. Bursa cable ride and the mosque are very interesting and that was it.

12 hour tourist shopping trap

This was a 12 hour forced shopping trip. Bursa is fun and beautiful but we only saw it for 30mins. First let me tell you it's cold. Whatever the weather is in Istanbul minus an additional 20 degrees. Dress in layers have snowboots scraf hat and gloves. Thus way you won't be forced to buy when stop at the outlet mall. We were picked up at 9 an didnt make it to the cable cars until 315 and were rushed to go up and come back down. However there was no rush when we were dumped at the stores. If you want to see Bursa find another tour this a waste of your day

I would speak in ftench . Quand j ai essaye d acheter le billet il n y avait qu une seule option deux personnes et puisque j étais pressé j ai achete deux billets pour moi tout seul . Il fallait remplir le numéro de passeport j ai mis deux fois le numéro de mon passeport . Le lendemain quand je suis monté au bus , j étais le dernier j ai trouvé une seule place libre côté couloir à côté d une personne assez corpulente . Poliment j ai demandé au guide s il y avait deux places libres car j ai acheté deux billets . Il m à répondu sèchement que la veille je les ai informé que j étais tout seul et que par conséquent ils ont vendu ma place libre à qq d autre alors que moi j ai payé deux places . Sans vouloir faire une escalade , je lui ai demandé la permission de m assoir à côté de lui le guide car une place était encore libre , alors d un geste de la main et sèchement m à dit que qq d autre allait venir et m à ordonné de regagner mon siège chose que j zi faite . A peine assis j au décidé qu il valait mieux perdre de l argent qu une journée entière donc je me suis dirigé vers le guide quand le bus était à l arrêt et je lui ai demandé qu il me laisse descendre. Évidemment il s est dépêche d ouvrir la porte content de se débarrasser de moi . Peut-être il réussira à revendre l autre billet déjà vendu ...personne de cette agence ne m à cobtacte depuis et ça ne m etonne pas. Je suis sur qu ils obligent des personnes à acheter un billet double car lnoption seul n existe pas pour pouvoir revendre un par la suite .
