Accommodation is based on double or triple room occupancy. The Hot Air Balloon Ride will be operated in the Standard Category. This category offers an approximate flight duration of one hour, using baskets with a capacity of 20 to 28 passengers. The actual flight time may vary between 50–55 minutes or 65–70 minutes, depending on weather conditions prior to landing. Flight duration decisions are made by the pilot in accordance with the safety regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority. The total duration of the activity is approximately 3 hours.
If you choose not to use any included service or decide not to participate in scheduled activities, guided tours, hot air balloon rides, airport transfers, or other included services, it will be regarded as a last-minute cancellation. Unfortunately, no refund can be issued for any unused services.
The children aged 6 and under are not allowed to participate in the hot air balloon ride due to Civil Aviation regulations.

The knowledge and enthusiasm of our guide, Atlas made for a wonderful tour. He artfully told the story of the origins of Christianity and the crucial development of the monasteries, and wove a tale of Roman influence that linked the archeological sites we visited. Truly inspiring. I so appreciate his willingness to answer questions, and to make sure we were grasping the story. His depth of knowledge is astonishing. The cave hotels are a must; wander the quiet side streets and dine at lovely restaurants and cafes tucked in amongst the rocks. An up-close look at Turkish rug making was eye-opening as well. Worth the detour.

Excellent guide on the tours, hotel accommodation great and staff very helpful. Ballon ride cancelled due to weather, refund not received yet. From airport to hotel driver driving with a paper on top of steering wheel almost got us into an accident prevented by us alerting him of stalled vehicle on the road. The 2nd day when being picked up to go airport had to wait st the hotel, finally taxi picked us up to drive us to the shuttle office, another wait while waiting for other passengers, then picking up another couple at another hotel and then dropping off someone in town. This unacceptable.

As we informed you and as you confirmed our message, the refund process started at the end of your services (Sep 23) The international transaction process is taking 3 to 7 business days. You knows that. because that detail declareted to you. We belive you about first day transfer. The statements of the guests are always real for us if we do not see or hear anything from staff. About your transfer on second day : you knows the transfers are shared transfer. some guests delayed on your transfer timing. If the original transfer car wait them more time and collect you after them, you and other guests will exactly miss the flight. With this instantly operation, different cars collected guests and meet at office for win the time which missed because of some other guests in group. On shared tours / transfers participants should follow the directions of the operators for best timing and experience. Regards

The trip was great! After a few initial changes from the tour operator with a change to the agenda and flights times, I was a little sceptical. But they were quick to notify me on WhatsApp with on-going communication. It started with day tour of Cappadocia with our amazing guide ‘Osman Imir’. His knowledge and courtesy for guests was exceptional. And the balloon ride morning experience was truly breathtaking. Oh, I mustn’t forget the hotel, the room and hospitality was glorious. Highly recommend this tour.

The Cave hotel was a unique experience. Enjoyed our stay there. The employees treated us like family. The balloon ride was amazing. I would just allow participants to have a break period to recover from the early 4 am balloon ride and tour.

Better instructions needed when meeting the shuttle at Istanbul airport upon return from Cappadocia. Once we finally met the driver he didn’t speak English and could not understand we needed the heat in the shuttle turned off. We roasted all the way back to our hotel

As you know, the tour companies can not control weather conditions. Also, civil aviation authority department of Turkish government decide about that, not private companies such as our company. This is about the safety measures and block the accident cases. We are EXACTLY inform this on the section of "Additional Info" on this tour page. There is a information paragraph like that : "Hot air ballooning is a fully weather-dependent activity and the Civil Aviation Authority determines whether the flight will be held. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you are entitled to a partial refund. In such a case, your refund will be processed by the day after of that trip." The tour was amazing . everything very well coordinated. The only thing I didn't like was that we stopped to some places that only wants to sell thing to us. That is a waste of time. The rest amazing.

We choose premium package 5 a.m. 1744€. Pick-up time wasn't 5, it was 3.30. We arrived at the hotel in capadoccia at 9, there was no room ready and we went around the town, little one. We were exhausted. The rest of the day there was not much to do but be in the hotel or hire some excursion. It was a rather lost day. Day 2. For the glove ride you are picked up at 5,20 and in the end we did not even see sunrise above. Between picking up people and when we got there the balloon wasn't swollen, they were late. After this breakfast at the hotel and pick up for the excursion at 9.15, then start after 10 a.m., pick up people again and wait for the rest. The tour of maximum 10 people turned out to be 14. The guide was nice and accessible. At the time of Lunch there were missing reserved menus, they arranged it at that time and 2 people, in this case we offered, had to sit apart from the group. As for what we visited and the explanations and attention of the great guide, we loved what we saw and found it very complete. My opinion: not to book the departure from Istanbul so early, it is not worth it and much time is wasted. Communication with the tour operator is smooth. Very expensive for what is offered and the reservation details are not met: from sunrise nothing and from maximum 10 people on the tour nothing.
