So fun! Easy enough for everyone and still a little challenging. We were two adults and a 14 year old.

We had a really good time day sledding. Everything was smooth. The meeting point was easy to locate. Our guide JJ was very nice and experienced. It would be better if we can slide down from the hill twice instead of once because it’s not enough for the children. So we went back again ourselves the next day which was very successful. The coach took care of everyone in the tour and ensured we were safe. Only wish there is more time to play. We went on Dec 28, the weather was nice and not cold at all.

It was fun, and we had a great time here. However, as an Asian, I don’t think we were treated well by the guide. It was our first time experiencing snow, as our country never has snow. We were all really trying to sled, but it was so hard. The guide kept telling(shouting) us, ‘DO NOT STOP WHILE SLEDDING ,’ and I tried to explain that it was our first time. We didn’t want to stop intentionally; we were just a bit nervous. Luckily, our tour mates were very nice and understanding, unlike the guide. Also we felt really left out from that group.

The dynamic duo from Outdoor made the experience memorable and fun! We were a group of 16 - from an 8yrs old boy to an old man like myself. Yet Danny and Michael managed to create an atmosphere of fun and excitement. We stopped at various picturesque points for some photo opportunities and continued sledding down the course. Overall, I would recommend this experience to everyone visiting Interlaken West. Kudos to Team Outdoor!
