So well organized. From check-in to check-out. The staff were fabulous. Our guide West was a great facilitator through the day. Very attentive, patient and personable. Had a great time as a solo traveller and would recommend this for all levels.

We got Jan (Yan) as an instructor and he was purely excellent! He was patient with the 5 of us and made sure everyone had their turns and that everyone was okay after each fall. ;) It was my first time to ski and I think I made a bit of progress with Jan’s help! This was one of the highlights of our trip and I would love to do it again! 👌🏻

Wow, what an experience. We did this on 13th April 2022 as a surprise for my boyfriends 30th. Our experience was a little different from what was described as we were the only ones booked on the tour they didn’t pick us up from interlaken we had to make our own way to grindwald to pick up our equipment from the shop there and was met by our instructor. It wasn’t hard to get to but unfortunately we didn’t receive the pick up which was meant to be included in the price so we had to pay more to get the train there. This was explained a few days prior but would have been good if they could have covered the cost given that the transport should have been included. There also wasn’t any snow in Grindwald so we had to go up to Mannichen to ski. I was again informed of this a few days prior but was told that the beginners section there isn’t very big so on the day we could decide to pay an extra 69 CHF each if we wanted to go on the bigger slopes. We thought this was fine as we could decide on the day depending how confident we were etc (as this was our first time). However, when we met our instructor we had to pay The extra 69 CHF per person to use the ski lift up to where we were skiing so this wasn’t an option like it was described on the telephone. As it was a birthday surprise and our first time skiing we were happy to pay to try the experience, and we are so glad that this didn’t put us off. However, for others they might not have had the money or wanted to pay so this should have been explained prior to going as we were in all the skiing gear when we were required to pay it. Charlotte was our instructor and as it was the end of the ski season it was only myself and my boyfriend doing the lesson so we had our own private lesson with her which made the experience even better. She was amazing, she was so knowledgable and was patient with us. She took the time to understand our abilities and individual strengths/weaknesses and would give us both different techniques to try to suit our style which made the experience really comfortable and enjoyable. The veiws on the mountain were incredible! At first I wasn’t sure about it with it being new and a little difficult but by the end of the day we both had such an amazing time that we are already looking forward to either going back and trying skiing elsewhere next time. I couldn’t recommend this experience enough and Charlotte too. If we return we will absolutely book it again.

Awesome awesome awesome. Everyone in the shop was kind and very accommodating. I accidentally booked my experience on the wrong date yet they were still able to let me redeem it. Our instructor Marco was top notch and provided an excellent first time skiing experience. I would definitely recommend the 8 hour session. the first 4 hours really get your feet wet, while the last 4 let you have fun.

Hice la reserva una noche anterior por lo que no pude tener contacto ese día con el operador. Me presenté al día siguiente a la hora y lugar acordados en la reservación y me encontré con un letrero que decía que la sucursal se encontraba cerrada. Les mandé mensajes mediante la app y correo electrónico, obtuve una respuesta alrededor de 40 min después, comunicandome que ya no estaban realizando está actividad, desconociendo porque se seguía ofertando por este medio, ofrecieron una disculpa y el reembolso fue inmediato pero no remedia la decepción de contar con un plan y se eche a perder. Deberían de poner más atención en qué no se oferten actividades que no tienen disponibles.
