Overview

Stockhorn bungy located in the Swiss Alps is one of the most breathtaking and unusual bungy sites in the world. You are lifted 134m up in a mountain gondola, the doors open and you take the plunge; leaping and freefalling towards the pristine mountain lake Stocksee. Enjoy the rush of a lifetime before our experienced jump master winches you back up into the gondola, and remember to smile for the camera! A photographer hangs from the side of the gondola and captures the process. Enjoy this small group tour with maximum 14 participants per gondola.

Canceled two hours before scheduled time

We are very disappointed!! Our activity got canceled two hours prior to the scheduled time due to strong wind, although I asked several times if there is a chance of canceling. This lead to lose train and bus tickets from Munich to lunzern and from Luzern to Interlaken.

Unfortunately, one of the worst experience i had ever seen I regret to share that my first experience with your company has been disappointing. My bungee jump was canceled when I was already in the cable car. While I fully understand that safety is your top priority and the cancellation was beyond your control, I believe that, given the nature of your business, daily weather forecasts should be closely monitored to prevent such issues. I had planned to do the jump on August 17th, just before my flight back. However, I was informed yesterday that you would be closed on August 18th. As a result, I rearranged all my plans, including transportation and accommodation, based on the confirmation of the jump. Below is a breakdown of the expenses I incurred for today's canceled jump: - Train from Italy to Zurich: €112 (10-hour trip) - Train from Zurich to Interlaken Ost: 51 CHF - Train from Interlaken to Basel: 64 CHF - Hostel booking: €77 - Cost of the jump: $274.50 USD - Cost of photos and videos: 99 CHF All these payments were made based on the confirmation of the jump, without any prior indication of potential weather issues. As clients, we have limited vacation days, and it's essential that our plans are respected and considered.
