I booked this wine tasting through Viator and was charged $90. When I arrived at the venue, the staff told me they have no association with Viator and have never heard of this booking. I was left standing there. I attempted to contact Viator multiple times, but calls were not answered, and I am still waiting for a response. This is unacceptable. I did not receive the experience I paid for, and I expect a full refund immediately.Anyone considering booking this experience please be aware that you may not receive what is advertised. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
