What a great experience. My friends Divorce and I were lucky as we were the only ones doing it so it was quite personal. Friendly staff, went above and beyond to assist us and has given me a new perspective on wines I thought I didn’t like

A must do in the Hunter Valley! We learnt so much about wine - way more than a regular tasting and it was lots of fun.

It was great! I didn’t know much about wine tasting, and Declan helped us to understand which are the elements to consider when you taste red wines. I really learnt a lot. It was a lot of fun. my husband and I loved! Really recommend!!

Great to actually learn about different types of wine grapes and starting our journey to understanding why and what we like in terms of wines. Also great fun to create our own blend and bring it home to try with family!
