Awesome tour, great variety of wines and venues. Had really good company. Started out with alot of white wine became more balanced with really good reds as day progressed. There is varieties to appeal to all tastes and preferences. Highly recommend.

Cannot go wrong with the Two Fat Blokes Experience. From the time we were greeted by Greg our driver in an air conditioned bus on a very hot day it was such an enjoyable day. First stop was First Creek where host Allie made us comfortable and his knowledge of wine was very informative. Second stop was Pokolbin Estate where our host Lisa made our tasting experience special with wine accompanied with chocolate. The next stop was Two Fat Blokes where we enjoyed a generous lunch box with a glass of wine. Hosted by Greg our driver and his great sense of humour and knowledge. Next was Oakvale another great experience with a very animated host. Finally we enjoyed Latitude 32 winery which was equal to the experience of the other wineries. Finally we were returned to our accommodation after a five star day of great company and excellent wines. Would definitely recommend Two Fat Blokes and will enjoy them next time we visit the Hunter Valley.

The tour was great! Our guide Greg was kind, funny and great at keeping us on schedule but also giving us time to wander around each stop. The lunch was a good size but I would absolutely recommend having a big breakfast before the tour. 7 hours of drinking definitely wore us down. I would go for a shorter tour next time, just because by the end we were sick of the wine lol.

From the moment we were picked up by Shaz, we knew it was going to be a great day. Such a fun, relaxed atmosphere with wine, chocolate and cheese. What more could you need? Topped off by an amazing lunch, we would definitely recommend this tour to our friends and family.

Great time thanks to Andrew our tour guide and bus driver. Wineries were great except for the chocolate tasting one( the drop of wine they gave you wasn’t enough to get a taste).

The full day winery tour was awesome. We stopped at at 4 wineries and a brewery and had several samples at each location. A gourmet lunch was provided along with cheese and chocolate samples at a couple of stops. Our tour guide Alex was exceptional. He was funny and very knowledgeable about the wines and the Hunter Valley region. Highly recommend this tour!

Julie our guide made the whole day fun from start to finish . We tasted some excellent wines and sampled some great food. Even the finest detail was considered for my wife as lunch was prepared as she is vegetarian. Would definitely do this tour again!

Well organised, affable and informative guide (Bill) and the chance to spend the day with a small group of like minded people drinking a variety of wines, many very good, and learning about aspects of wine making in the Hunter Valley. Worth every dollar of the very reasonable cost.

This tour was an excellent time. Our guide was a wonderful man named Glen who truly helped make the experience memorable. The wines we tasted on the tour were excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this tour to others, and definitely ask for Glen.

Absolutely fantastic. Our host/guide Bill was brilliant. Knowledgeable and fun. I learned a lot and had a ball at the same time. Everyone was on the same page (a group of 12 on the tour) and had a great time. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat.

It was my first time in hunter valley, and decided to go on a tour. Overall experience was good! We went to 5 wineries. The first stop at 2 fat blokes are was the best tasting! The cheese and wine pairing was amazing! We had a full 14 pax group on a weekday.
Our tour guide JJ was friendly and knowledgeable! The whole tour was of good value. The charcuterie set lunch at one of the wineries with a vineyard view was lovely, it was pretty filling for 2pax too, we even packed it back. At the end of the tour, JJ let us put on some songs and did a little karaoke to end the evening!
However a couple of disappointments I’d like to share, during the stop at Honeytree estate, we walked into a nice bright room with classical music playing but the estate guide said because it was so hot, she put us in the back storage room (it was like a warehouse), as the guide said the Aircond was cooler there. It wasn’t an environment to host customers, as there was a Bush Rat that crawled to our table. After the tasting we went back to the empty nice white room and felt the Aircond was just fine. I think we should’ve been given a choice as to where we would’ve preferred to be seated, seating in the dark storage room was not something I would expect paying for. Next, we stopped by Wren for chocolate truffles and wine pairing. The chocolate was way better than the wines served. The pairing was subpar. Tho it was a nice environment.
I booked this tour recommended by my in-laws who went to different wineries and had great experiences. I guess it was just our luck that we went to these wineries that was so-so.

From start to finish the tour was absolutely amazing. Bill our tour guide was so informative and funny. I knew nothing about wine until that day and will take away facts I will know for life. The wine tasting at 2 fat blokes you couldn’t fault, I also had a friend who was dairy free and they catered to her as well. Would 100% recommend and big up to Bill.
