My wife & I decided on a whim to join this experience during our stay in Hong Kong, and I’m so glad we did. The evening started with an interesting and informative walk through the food markets, for the best part of an hour, before heading to a small cafe to start the class. We were part of a small group of six, which is a perfect size to accommodate different cooking capabilities. It was all hands-on learning the techniques, from making the dough and filling to then producing the dumplings. The reward came from cooking & eating the wonderful creations. As the better cook, I’m now glad that my wife is suitably informed about how to produce these favourite Chinese snacks. Feliz is an excellent tutor and guides you through each step of the process. We would certainly recommend this experience as a fun and enjoyable way to spend an evening in Hong Kong.

That find at the beginning was a little hard because on the booking app a different metro exit booth than in the mail I had read only after the meeting.
I liked the fact that we were shown what a food market looks like, what to look out for when buying something.
It was very insightful to learn how mun makes dumplings. And they were also super delicious.
Each of us has made about 10, and in the end you might eat them. Really delicious.
I recommend this course to anyone who likes to eat dumplings or if you want to serve it in a restaurant
