An experience not to be missed! Chef Koo was so instructive, amusing and such good fun that we just laughed throughout the whole experience. Lovely, fresh ingredients and good instructions on how to cook them. We all managed to prepare and cook delicious food under Chef Koo's watchful and amusing eye and thoroughly enjoyed eating the results for lunch! The traditional building added to the ambience and we can thoroughly recommend this experience when in Hoi An. We wouldn't have missed this for the world!
