The tour was amazing! Our guide was very kind and took great care of us - he was also very knowledgeable and knew every plant and animal in the park (he even discovered a new plant species). It was our favorite tour during our whole stay in Vietnam 😊 the views were amazing and the park is lovely.
The tour is physically a bit demanding though, as we had to climb a bit - therefore don’t do this if you are unfit or have any injuries or disabilities.
Very beautiful hike. Your feet will get wet crossing through the stream. Our guide Linh was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made it a safe and enjoyable experience.
Thò was a fantastic tour guide! She took time to explain a lot about the history and culture of central Vietnam, while also making everyone on the tour feel safe and supported, even in challenging (rainy and foggy) weather conditions. She made the tour incredible for us, but nonetheless the trip to the waterfall, through the jungle, and to the peak of the mountain was 100% worth it! Great value for money!
What a day! Tai, our driver, and Yang our guide were the perfect team from the moment they collected us from the hotel.
Hiking, swimming and sightseeing in the Bach Ma National Park followed by the drive over Hai Van pass was the best way to combine our transfer from Hue to Hoi An with these activities.
We would really like to thank the team for an unforgettable day out. All the best!
The whole tour was amazing. I mean if you take any tour will be fabulous, but because of the guide, a lovely girl named Thuan (I guess, I can’t remember names), this one was special.
Amazing scenery in Bach ma national park and swimming in crystal clear water in one of the 5 lakes was amazing. A great way to go from Hue to Da Nang and experience the great views. Our guide was really friendly and very knowledgeable about the national park.
This is a challenging itinerary, not suitable for older travel friends, but under the special care of the tour guide, we still completed an impossible itinerary.
Really enjoyable experience and stunning scenery in the national park. Thuy was a great guide and gave us lots of facts about the national park and the wildlife. Small tour group meant the experience was a bit more personal. Would highly recommend!
If you are interested in the lushest jungles, with exotic animals all around you, this is the place to go. The day tour at the Five lakes and the Rhododendron falls is a beautiful experience with the track being just challenging enough to be a very memorable hike. However, the greatest advantage of this tour is the unique opportunity to spend the night in the jungle as well, in a tent. This means, that you have plenty more hours to explore the jungle and to visit sites of interest where monkeys may pass, birds drink, or never before seen flowers bloom.
The guides were amazing. They are very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful, and they speak english very well. The tour in general is very well prepared, they have provided us with waterproof backpacks and helmets, and raincoats.
When I was there, the weather turned rainy and unusually cold (13°C). Even in these extreme circumstances, the tour is still a great experience. The campsite provides lots of very useful amenities, like limited electricity, running water, WC, and if needed a big tent which makes open fire cooking possible in extremely wet weather. Both the dinner and the breakfast were amazing. The tents are set up on elevated platforms and can be covered with PVC sheets, so they do not get wet inside at all.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this tour for everyone who seeks adventure, but I have some advice for future participants. First of all, it is important to check the weather report, and dress accordingly. This means appropriate footwear as well. You will have to cross and walk alongside streams on slippery, always wet rock surfaces, and step over roots and vines, ready to trip you. Even if the weather is hot, a shoe that has a good grip and ankle support can save your trip from being cut short.
In summary this experience will be a highlight of your stay in Vietnam, thanks to the amazing scenery and the kind helpful and experienced guides.
A truly fantastic day out. Thuan (Tracy) was a wonderful guide, both knowledgeable about the national park as well as quick with a joke to mess with us all! Be warned: the (optional) trek down and back up the waterfall is STEEP. Your legs will be destroyed the next day, but the view is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend wearing bathers underneath your clothes so you can enjoy a swim - the water is COLD but on a hot day it's welcome.
Absolutely amazing experience! The best nature tour I have done so far in Asia. Real hiking with some good elevation gain if you choose to do the leg to the big waterfall. Everything was perfect, from the guides to the drivers and everything else. Highly recommend!
