The art of Vietnamese cuisine is the ultimate Hoi An souvenir. We had the best time - they ran this cooking class just for our family of 4. Hannah was very helpful, we got to do most of the cooking ourselves under her instruction. The food was delicious - classic Vietnamese dishes we hope to make at home. Learning to flip pancakes (and throw them at each other!) was fun too. Could not recommend highly enough - this was one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam.

Rosie was wonderful in teaching us how to prepare the delicious Vietnamese recipes. We are vegetarians but that was not a problem at all. She made an effort so we could use only vegetarian ingredients :) we made pho, papaya salad, banh xeo and a secret recipe. Rosie is so enthousiastic and made it so much fun! Would definitely recommend if you are in Hoi An.
