Super experience with Hung sharing lots of local knowledge as he took us around the market. Basket boat ride was fun and cooking with knowledgeable and patient Lulu was fabulous. Restaurant where we cooked and ate is in tranquil garden making the experience feel restful. Excellent value for money, delicious food and wonderful memories made.

From the minute Hung picked us up at our hotel we were looked after. He was friendly and told us a lot about the local culture. The round boats were fun as was the trip to the local food market. The cooking class was wonderful and the food delicious. Hung showed us how to prepare the food with lots of patience and humour. My husband and I loved the experience.

Learning how to make some of the delicious food we had in Vietnam was really fun and interesting ! The chef that led us through the market was really eager to share with us all his knowledge, and his team that taught us how to cook was really friendly and skillful. It was one of the best activity we have done throughout our trip ! Plus they are sending you the recipes so you can actually try to make them back at home. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys good food !

We were part of a wedding party that came from all over the world to attend. The Owner, Hung, and his team were outstanding! From shopping at the outdoor market, to touring his family's beautiful garden to cooking a delicious course of different and unique dishes, everything was so well executed and brilliant! The tour was definitely a highlight of our time in Hoi An.

Loulou est venue nous chercher à l’hôtel, nous avons fait le marché avec elle. Loulou est très avenante, disponible et parle très bien anglais. Le restaurant où a lieu le cours de cuisine donne sur le jardin, magnifique. La visite du jardin permet de bien voir les différentes herbes et de découvrir un peu le centre du village de Tran que. Les recettes sont simples et excellentes. Foncez !

Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Dieser Vormittag war absolut gelungen. Wir wurden von unserem Hotel abgeholt und haben eine tolle Führung durch den Local Food Markt bekommen. Ohne Zeitdruck wurden alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Anschließend ging es zur „vegtable village“ wo sich das Restaurant befindet. Nach einem Begrüßungsgetränk wurden wir von Lili durch den angrenzenden Garten geführt. Wir durften viel über die heimischen Gärten erfahren, probieren und ein wenig mitanpacken. Zurück im Restaurant haben wir eine liebevoll hergereichtete küchenzeile vorgefunden auf der wir dann unsere absolut köstlichen Gerichte zubereitet haben. Und natürlich dann gemütlich verspeist haben. Als wäre es nicht schon genug gewesen wurden wir zum Abschluss auch noch mit einer Massage verwöhnt! Ein wunderbares Erlebnis mit wunderbaren Menschen und einer wunderbaren Umgebung. Herzlichen Dank an das gesammte Team. Wer diesen Kurs nicht bucht, ist selbst schuld :)
