Not impressed at all. Long day of nothing. Bossy guide who constantly said to the group "You remember l told you". Was meant to be door to door pick up, but spent about 30 mins on return to Hanoi saying how the driver had had a long day and there dropped people off a distance from there hotels or at the office to make their own way home. Have had many trips all around the world. This would have to be one off the worst.

Well worth the trip to Ha Long Bay.

It was a pleasant day trip to Ha Long Bay. I enjoyed the kayaking to go and see the caves outside. The internal caves was pretty good also. Lots of photo taking and pleasant cruising.

Bus that took us to Ha Long bay was not good. Seat back never folded. The driver was mostly in his mobile talking loudly. The guide Robert (Hi) was ok. On our way back the driver took more than 4 hours to return as he drove at speed of 30 kms. The tours pick-up point which is their office changed a month back. It’s different than written in the Viator booking site. Overall not very impressed with the tour.

Dear Anilku, So sorry to see that you was not happy with your trip with us. We see your comment is a serious problem for all of us to have big changes in the services. We would carefully investigate what you said and many other which need to uggrade. For the speed of driving, for international tourist safety is first then our bus is not allowed to drive fast even in the Expressway. The locals could drive the maximum speed is 120km/hour but our tourist bus just 90km/hours. So that why many other tourist think they would spend only 2 hours driving but the truth we have to drive 1rst drive for 2 hours then a short stop for restroom of cafe. Then next would be 1,5 hour. That is why we could arrive Halong Bay about 11:45. Once again, we would like to say thank for using our tour services and looking forward to seeing you visiting Vietnam in the near future.
